I’m working on a PEUGEOT 3008 BlueHDi 130 SUV, 1.5 diesel (2018) in my workshop, and I’m facing an issue with gear selection after an engine replacement. The engine was swapped at another branch, but following the installation, my colleagues were unable to get the transmission out of Park mode (it stays stuck in P). Now, I’ve taken on the task of troubleshooting this problem.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
I connected our Bosch diagnostic tool, which successfully communicates with both the Gear Selector Module (GSM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM).
The GSM reports a communication issue with the TCM, with error codes P1718 and U122A.
When I disconnect the TCM from the transmission, I can manually turn the gear shift shaft to force the transmission into neutral, allowing us to move the vehicle into the workshop.
Additional observations:
With the engine running, if I reconnect the TCM and then shut off the engine, the module shifts the selector back to P.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the wiring diagram for this model, which complicates things.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have a wiring diagram or additional insights that could assist with diagnosing this communication problem between the GSM and TCM?

Long story short original ECU packed up as someone shoted pos and neg when plugging leisure battery resulting in frying injector circuit. Decision been made to swap ECU and make it immo off witch i did. used immooff17 as a solution. vehicle starts and drives as should only isue is that I have message on the dash of immobiliser. question. is there is any other solution to immo of that prevent message on the dash or do i have to modify dash eprom. any suggestion?

I recently bought a 2020 X4 G02 with iDrive 7 "lite" (S15). I have a question about some programming options.
1: Is it possible to code automatic lock/unlock the car when I am comming to or goint away from car? The car already has keyless access.
2: In the Sport display, I now only have HP and torque. Is it possible to code oil temperature etc.?
3: I am coming from Mercedes and there it was so that after stopping the engine the handbrake was automatically applied. Now with BMW I have to activate Auto Hold to activate the automatic handbrake on shutdown. Is it possible to code the automatic handbrake without Auto Hold function?
4: Everytime when is dark outside I have to manually activate the automatic high beam. Is there a way to activate it automatically after turning on the lights?
