Is very important Vin number for a adblue/DFP /egr solution ? cz i have sometimes files without Vin number

I have a 2004 SL500 (R230) EZS that is showing all 8 key tracks disabled. Customer went into a store, came out and the key would not turn. Key checks good, it is on track 7 and is a factory ROM 09 key. I get key inserted and key start message read, but it doesn't authorize the key, presumably because it is disabled. I have no idea why that track went to 'disabled' status. Has anyone seen this happen? Has anyone successfully reenabled a key track on an old dual processor 4J74Y EZS (2305451108)? Any other possible solutions?

hey can someone delete Temic CRV 1.0 this fault code with checksum  P2013-128 check component B28/5 (pressure sensor downstream of air cleaner) signal too high
i cant fix this issue because there is no wiring diagram availabe for this car and engine is swapped with older wiring loom where these wires dont exist
