I tried to find similar topic but i haven't succeed. I just installed 11/2010 DAS / Xentry on my Toughbook, everything went fine, almost. Im totally sure that i created another user account "STAR", but for some reason now STAR is the only user and of course on logging screen there is a password that i don't know. Is there any solution for that? Maybe password is default or something. I hope i don't have to do all installation again.
After big help of the webmaster , my software is installed , the problems where my fault .
But now , I can do a self test of the Caesar and it is ok , but no connection with the car , PC is IBM T23 and China multiplexer , it was working nice with old software
The same IBM t23 in an original docking station of MB and original multiplexer of MB do also a good self test of the Caesar , but also no connection to the car .
What did I wrong ? ( I am only a beginner )

I buy tech2 from china and he come with 32 mb card with GM software on it. GM software works ok but when I replace software with OPEL software using memory card explorer tech2 don`t work, I see just blue screen. When I put back GM software everything works, but I need software for Opel not for GM. Thanks.

Hi, just tried to have the key coded by an independent using a reader though the OBD...CODE NOT RECOGNISED, when WK8C was entered...I double checked the VIN against the log book...everything OK...Please could you double check your end...I have just had the car professionally remapped,(DPF removal plus more power) it poss that the problem lies there?
Can anyone explain the procedure with how to use the code...THANKS.
