I’m working on a 2008 Mercedes s550 and I think I have an issue with my front SAM, it’s not giving me any fault codes but it says that I have the wrong SAM. How can I fix this problem? Please help me.

I have a problem that ive seen been brought up here alot of times.
Ive been reading trough most of the treads but i cant seem to find whats wrong.
So long story short.
Passat B6 2009
Bought it with defect ELV , manually locked it in "Unlock" so i got IGN etc.
That worked for a couple of days then it died completley.
Got an donor ELV and soldered switches and relays.
Worked fine in a couple of week , until one morning "Immobilizer Active" and it was completley dead. "No response from ELV".
So i got a new one from dealer , desolder 95320 from CCM and some good souls here helped me decode pin.
Soldered it back and got into VCDS for adaption.
Here is where i am stuck...
My pin works for 01-Engine so it has to be correct (i guess?).
But when logging in to 25-Immo it would not give me Security Access.
Im getting 255 lockout timer everytime i turn IGN on.
Checking number of keys adapted it says "0"
Is it normal that u gett lockout timer first time if u remove CCM and read eeprom then put it back in ?
I understand that my pin wont work aslong as i have the lockout.
So ill leave it with ign on for like 4h? and try pin again?
I even thought my CCM was bad so i took the CCM from my donor car and cloned eeprom from my org , still no luck.
So im kinda new to this still learning.
Is it showing 0 keys because ELV is still not adapted just?
After lockout timer is out and i try pin and it does not work , what is next step?
Well alot of questions hope it makes some sense.

I need DTC off for code P1188.
The car shuts down suddenly. We have checked everything, and I believe disabling this DTC will solve the issue. When I clear the code while driving, the engine starts running normally again until the ECU triggers the same code and cuts off the diesel, causing the car to shut down.

Problem:
KVM Programming Issue and Key Learning Failed
After replacing the KVM (Keyless Vehicle Module) in a 2020 Range Rover Sport using autel im608, the key learning step fails with the error message "Key Programming Failed". The KVM was initialized properly, and the system shows that there are 0 keys programmed in both the KVM and BCM. Despite following the necessary steps, the keys cannot be programmed, and the learning process does not complete.
Steps Taken:
KVM Replacement:
The damaged KVM was replaced with a used KVM.
MCU (SPC560B60L3) was CHANGED AND reprogrammed to make the KVM virgin using VVDI Prog.
autel im608 Programming:
The KVM replacement procedure was completed using autel im608
Initialization of the new KVM was performed, but the number of keys programmed on both KVM and BCM showed 0 (indicating that no keys are recognized by the system yet).
Key Learning Process Failed:
Attempted to program keys using autel im608, but the key learning step failed with the message "Key Programming Failed".
The KVM was properly initialized, and the keys seemed to be in the correct state, but the system does not recognize them during programming.

i think its Cas..can anyone help y to se if its good..i have read out eeprom and flash.

adding info about renault scenic IV Long RFA 2017. Fuses, relays, components, connections, criteria, earth, function, harness, connectors and CAN topology.
I've read ori file with KT200II via JTAG/BDM for MPC55x/56x.
File was then modified by some workshop-
changes needed:
dtc off for catalytic converters,
dtc off for rear lambda sensors,
pop&bangs.
While writing - KT200II shows error that checksum won't be calculated.
After flashing new file, car doesn't crank - ESP, check engine, airbag etc shows on dashboard, but starter not working - after flashing back ori backup it's the same.
Can anyone of You guys assist me here?
I am newbie in BMW too.
I installed ISTA stand alone from installer 4.30.20 then downloaded a new psdzdata 63.3, then deleted it and added 63.3 instead.
However, ISTA still shows the version date 4.30.20 when run through BMW BmwGroupISTA in Version tab.
Is ISTA4.30.20 support this PSdZData 63.3 ? How to fix this ?
One more question, i have another folder name "Rheingold" ,
Does it need to run the ISTA throuh BmwGroupISTA icon (installed from installer) or RheinGold/TestedGUI/Bin/Release/ISTAGUI ?
