I’m working on swapping the instrument cluster from a Golf 6 1.6 TDI (2011-2012) with a Golf 6 1.6 Petrol one.
Original Cluster (Diesel): 5K0920872A
Replacement Cluster (Petrol): 5K092086D
EEPROM of the Used External Cluster:ST 24C32QW
I already extracted the anti-theft data from the original cluster but cannot retrieve it from the replacement one (encrypted). I’ve tried multiple attempts using X-Prog 3 and X431, including desoldering the EEPROM and following the guided steps, but when reading, I get the error:
❌ "Failed to Parse the Anti-Theft Data"
I have a full EEPROM dump from the external cluster and need help extracting at least the 6-byte CS code and PIN to proceed with the replacement.
If anyone can assist in extracting this data or has experience with similar swaps, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Hi to all. I have a Mercedes W212 VIN WDD2120021A632332 with faulty gearbox.
Now they have changed full gearbox from a donor car, but they have used "old" ISM, the one originally fitted to this car.
The TCU is from donor car.
The car starts but does not engage gears. In TCU I have dtc U0426.
Someone can help me with virgin, programming and coding?
