Hey guys,
I hope somebody can help me think through this problem. I will describe below!
Car is at 240k kilometres.
When the issue first started, when I started the engine it was struggling to maintain RPMs. Clearly it was not working properly.
Then I would go for a ride 1km, all looking good at higher RPMs but as soon as I would stop at traffic light, engine is struggling even worse to maintain RPM at idle + very thin white smoke. Not really much of it coming out but enough to say that this has to be fixed asap. Smoke smells like burnt oil.
I suspected EGR, so I phisically blocked it to see what happens. Now, when I start the engine, idle is pretty good (no struggling) but everything else remained the same. As soon as you drive (put a little bit of load to the engine) white smoke comes out when I stop and engine starts idling (now at idle engine struggles, but not as bad as when EGR was unblocked).
So, as soon as there is a little bit of load on the engine and after that the car starts idling, thin white smoke + struggling idle guaranteed.
I tried to rev the engine at standstill and I could go to 2500rpm for 1 minute or more strong, engine sounds great, no smoke, no struggle. Smoke and struggle happen only when engine is under load, even small one.
Somehow I doubt its injectors fault because why would it work well by revving hard when the car is not moving?
I disassembled intake pipe to check turbo, no crazy amount of oil visible there. Rotor spins very easy but it has radial play of 1.0-1.5mm. Axial play nothing I would say.
Completely clueless on this one guys!
Any help, thank you very much!

Hello is there anyone here who uses Maserati diagnostics? I have access to techinfo.maserati.com, but I don't know what all is needed to diagnose the car. I tried to buy an hourly package for diagnostics but there was nowhere to download any software only bosch mvci manager driver. For diagnostics I would use Passthru, which shouldn't be supported?
Thank you for any advice

Hi all
i have a problem with BMW X6 E71.
When the customer starts the car, there is nothing. I reset the CAS MODULE with diagnostic tool (launch x431) and the car starts normally.
The customer drives the car for a distance 400km and the same problem come back again.
I try to reset again the CAS MODULE but nothing.
No dtc with CAS,
DDE: DTC 4C18 (terminal states, 0X130) wrong, DDE receiver, CAS transmitter
JBE: DTC C91E (terminal states, 0X130) wrong, JBE receiver, CAS transmitter
All fuse ok
Someone can help with my problem
