I've checked existing diagrams here/Cardiagn and they show a 12pin (10 used) connector at the switch - but this 2018/9 has a 16 pin (13 used) (auto hold version?)
The EPB Module seems the same but wire colours don't line-up
This one is reporting a switch fault (C10e3-64) in the EPB module - someone already swapped switch AND module from another car and problem remains (so it's wiring or supplies/grounds)

Hello guys, i need help with one audi a6 c6 2.0tdi. It came mapped customer wanted back to stock, and when writing stock file that i found with FLEX MMS OBD it game me error, and car did not start. I wrote it bench which is my mistake becouse it was OBD read not bench read. Anyway i opened it and i have BDM read with ktag. I wrote ORI .fls file from bdm read, and again no start also no communication. Can someone please check if the read is okay or something needs fixing. I will attach below BDM read, Tuned file and Ori file bdm read. If someone has ORI bdm read which will work feel free to send it. Thank you

I have a 2007 Alfa 159 with missing body computer.
Simplest option I could find was to find a set (ECU, BSI, Steering lock, TEG and keys) from a similar car.
I found a set from same car and installed it, now car starts and drives no problem, only thing is I have a ABS/ESP fault comming up on the dash.
So I guess the other car had different ABS system. So I'm pretty sure if I could change the configuration in the BSI this can be solved.
But for some reason I don't find any descent info on how to do this or with what to do this on Alfa / Fiat cars.

The vehicle stalled while driving and wouldn't start again. Mercedes replaced various parts without success (the ECU remained untouched). They (another mechanic) then obtained an identical, used control unit and overwrote it with the original data (flash + EEPROM). The problem, as I suspect: FBS4-relevant data such as the SSID is stored in non-copyable memory areas (e.g., OTP or HSM). The control unit therefore reports internally as "already personalized," but does not match the current vehicle's EZS.
Diagnosis: - Ignition present, starter motor turns - Engine won't start – even with starting spray/brake cleaner - Launch/X431 live data analysis: Start Enable = YES, Drive Authorization INITIALIZED = NO
Engine control error codes: P246B09 – DPF regeneration not possible P067100 + P067300 – Glow plug circuit error, cylinders 1 & 3
In my opinion, the ECU is actively refusing to start. No injection or ignition is enabled. Even starting spray is ineffective because, according to live data, the Drive Authorization state is not enabled internally when the ignition is on.
So my question to the Mercedes experts here: Am I correct in my assumption? If so, do I need to make the EEPROM virgin and then remarry it via Xentry (SCN Online) or Abrites AVDI (FBS4 module) so that the non-copyable memory areas are initialized correctly? Or am I wrong here? If my assumption is correct, can one of you make the dump of the original ECU virgin?
