I need to replace my 2014 T5 CAAC EDC17CP20 03L907309L. What do I need to check when buying a donor ECU? I was told, I should get a donor with with same Bosch number 0 281 017 554 and it will be fine.. OK, those seems to be available quite easily..
However, after reading the different threads I'm a bit confused..
- some say, that I should get a matching HW number (H38) while in other threads it seems it does not matter!?!
- some say, that I should get ECU for manual trans because mine is manual?
- some say, I should get ECU, that matches my kW/hp?
What is it that I should check?
I bought KTAG clone a looong time ago, thinking "one day..", but after some reading, it seems it is not good idea to try with a clone. So, I'll probably take to someone who knows what they are doing. I just don't want any nasty surprises when I go there with my donor: "very nice ecu, but because of this and that, I cannot clone it"
Will EDC17CP20 from T6 work as well, if everything else matches?

I installed the ride sensors on left side - front and rear. I made the coding in E-sys but there is something wrong because the ICM did not see the sensor - I tried to do today the calibration without the success. Could you tell me which parameters should be coded to get the functionality of leveling system? The sensors are connected properly - the same like is in attached diagram.
Could you help me in this case?
There are not any errors in ICM, only on dashboard is information - check the lamp level sensors. My lamps are xenons, non adaptive (orginally were halogen's lamps).

The dpf is about 1 year old but some months after replace it started giving this error "PP245385"
I have tried to regen the DPF and it did it successfully but the exhaust temp sensor will not go above the 150° and I don't really know if it has ben done well.

I mave this PSA EDC17C60 that has some delete solutions but car is in limp mode.
I manage to find the ori file from MMS Flex , with that file the car works ok (appart that I can`t do FULL OBD backup , will allow only on bench).
if I apply full anti pollution deletes with the usual automatic programms (that I previously have used on other`s similar EDC17C60 version with no issues) car will be in limp with no DTC , all SCR disconnected.
anyone came across this issue and car please share some input? I use MMS Flex so I assume it`s not related to Tprot.

First the car drove normally, then I did an egr off because it did not work anyways (electrical problem with egr) so I just got rid of the engine light. That fixed the problem with egr. Later I noticed that my turbo (VGT) solenoid that controls the actuator did not work did not provide vacuum at any rpm, I changed it and car started to idle louder and sometimes even stall. What could be causing this? is it applying too much vacuum to the actuator (solenoid now works) at idle? It seems as the exhaust is being blocked. When I start up the car
for 1-2 seconds it idles normally until the vacuum pulls the actuator (controlled by the fixed solenoid) . Could this be because the egr does not work and how could I fix this? Maybe making the turbo close less at idle, but that would require to change the files?
I have attached the currently running file, original and one I'm planning to write. Sadly I don't have a sid206 damos and cant tweak values by myself.
