My little brother can buy a car which does not have the electronics part of the key anymore. Just the metal blade is left. Car is standing there for almost a year.

Car will not start due the immo, this is clear.

If the ignition is switched to 2nd position and the starter motor is fired using external 12V supply the engine starts but wil not react on the throttle. This makes shore that the rest of the engine & controls are OK, so if we buy it then only the immo prolem has to be solved.

Have been reading and think I have three options:
1. Buy ECU and IMMO module with key from scrap yard and replace the metal blade in key.

2. Use an IMMO emulator and modify some data in 24C02

3. Make a new key

The first one I can follow and think will be a good solution.

Any comments on the second option?

Any detailed information on HOW to do the third option?
I prefer the third option, just need your help to get the job done.

Note the car is not with me, have to provide my little brother all the help from my place. If necessary he can ship me the required ECU's to make a new key.

Hi, i have a friend and his ECU from his car Ford Focus ST from 2008 has burned.

Now he has buy over ebay a used ECU from Poland.
In this ECU is no "VIN" and the car don`t start.

How can i change the VIN, is the vin on a eeprom ?
Or which eeprom include the Immo ?

And my last question, on which Chip is the "map" the car is tuned from Wolf Racing (300 HP)

Citroen C4 2.0 hdi rhr, original ecu is sid 803, dpf is removed by another user. Problem is in differentia of preasure in dpf. On ignition on is 107mbar. differentia sensor not exist in this car. Another Ecu sid 803a dpf removed by ecusafe. Problem it's the same. 107mbar and dpf works at wet weather. Sorry for my english

Hello everyone
I have WoW 5.003 on my laptop with windows 7 64bit and the program works perfect but the problem is that I installed WoW in my new Microsoft Curface Pro 2 tablet and it`s not working.
Problemmet is when I start WoW, I can choose car but can not open it as standing on the left side f.eksample timing belt, service, repair hours, etc.
I have updated my tablet and tried the new update of WoW 5.004 but the problem exists.
What could be that it does not work? Can this work on Windows 8 Pro?

- Reset immobiliser ECU ?
- Replace immobiliser?

This function will set back the immobiliser ECU to its factory default state. Prior to replace, you have to reset the immobiliser back to its factory default state. In this way, you can install
it into another car. This will also erase all transponder keys. Please note, that after using this function, you won’t be able to start the engine.

WoW! firmware update needs to do also after. After not tested any cars by me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AFTER Wow! firmware replace, VCI firmware version is 1321(2013.2). So keep that in mind when try this!!!

Install path for XP is C:\Program files\wow\....

* Third paste folder you have copied (data files) to c:/user/public/wow/data and replace all file.

* Fourth restart Wow, thats it.

Hey all .

The W251 , with transmission 722.9,The shifting program stay in "E". I Can change it to "S" by press the program selection switch. But after ignition off and on.it change back to "E" !
some one know how to fix this ?

I need some help with Mercedes Benz tacho. Tacho is from CLK W209 1/2003, VDO 110.080.266/001; MB A 209 540 42 11. It has EEPROM 24U17 and its corrupted. I found same eeprom on this site (not really same, mine is 24U17, but is same hardware number)

but not OK 100%. I flashed dump with X-prog under 24C17. I also cannot connect via obd to tacho (with Autocom, dindnt try with Star) and tacho doesnt show mileage, it is showing ------ Mileage appears 1 minute after I remove key, but as soon as I operate lock/unlock button, open doors or insert key in ignition, ----- appears. I drove car for few miles and mileage in EIS is stuck, value is not increasin? Fuel level and engine temp are incorect, no option to adjust clock in Menu, brightness is very low, spedometer and revs are working OK.

Is it possible that eeprom dump I found online and is for same hardware is not 100% compatible with mine and that is why tacho has bugs - need coding with STAR? Or is maybe because tacho and EIS dont have same mileage (difference 20km?). Dont really know how to solve this while it cannot be acessed via OBD.

Is there anyone that can share dump from 24U17?
