I have one BMW X5 F15 model year 2014 and it has a problem in the ECU, the car is 8 cylinders with ECU type bosh MEVD.7.2.h the old ECU was damaged from previous garage
Can anyone help me on which tool i can use to be able to program those ECU’s i have xtool multiprog which should be able to clone the data but the problem is i do not trust the data on the damaged ECU’s because the previous garage tried to program it and i believe they damaged the data in the process

I have read on another website that if the new but used ECU’s and the old ECU’s does not share the same number it will not be programmed, even if they were taking from X5 f15 same engine.

A lot of people have been asking me for this VM so here it is, it works for me to download all calibration although I only did Jaguar XF/New XF, calibration files are downloadable
I have a 1.4 Peugeot with J34P ecu.
I tried to make a virgin file with ECU vONIX 3.5.
If i try write the file with Orange 5 i get an error.
If i write origenal file i get no errors.
Does someone please have working 95160 virgin file for J34P?

Hi all
We have a 2014 Seat Ibiza 1.4 Petrol in the workshop.
We have the above fault code which we cannot seem to fix. We don't have a lot of information on the fault code. We use genuine ODIS to diagnose fault but it just tells us to carry out basic settings with no further test plan. We have tested all wheel speed sensors with scope, checked live data and all sensor readings are plausible, pump was swapped as we had a spare one with superseded part number. The code will clear but once you drive 300 yards it will return. We are unsure where to go from here testing wise. Has anyone experienced this fault code before? Thanks all

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a 500l 1.3 mj9dfhw000. after excluding the fap and egr, from time to time the car does not respond to the accelerator pedal, just turn the car off and on again and everything goes back to working normally for another few days. no error code and no recovery status.
I attach the original and modified firmware. Has anyone had this problem?

1.We have replaced the gearbox first time with an DL501 GEN2 gearbox wich did not work at all (Seller listed it as an 2011 so it should be GEN 1, Gen 2 released mid 2012)
2.Back to square one, Search for a new gearbox -> finded one and asked the seller if its an Gen 1 or Gen 2, seller asked for details of the car so i gave vin number and evrything. The seller responed with " Its a Gen 1 and this OK for your car, Gen 2 is facelift" I said ok and ordered it.
3.The gearbox came and was installed straight away, we read it with FLEX and could only connect when choosing protokoll for DL501 GEN2 wich did not give big hopes....
4. We writed the internal eeprom from the ori gearbox to this new one (ext eeprom and flash files where different sizes) and the car started and was drivable. But we get "Gearbox Malfunction" in the car screen and fault codes P0603 & P1701.
We have not yet used ODIS for CP/IMMO pairing, wich could erase the first code, maybe?
Are we out of luck or is there something to do?

TL;DR: Replaced transmission control unit, park pawl + solenoid unit and still receiving P07B571 and P07E400 fault
-Transmission oil level ok
-Battery voltage ok
-All modules flashed and updated after tcu replacement
-No damage on park pawl gear or cone
P07B571 = Sensor A of the park pawl has an electrical fault. The actuator is blocked.
P07E400 = Park position cannot be engaged.
Hello everyone,
After replacing all of the above components we are still facing a warning message on the dash "N permanently active", and a cycle of the car trying to put itself into park and neutral once the engine is turned off. (Car is physically in park if you try to push it, yet it displays N)
We are quite stumped by this issue and aren't sure where to go next, has anyone encountered a similar problem? Or at least could provide some useful pointers as for where to go with this, please?
We do not have access to XENTRY, and don't know what sort of capabilities to expect out of the software should I obtain a spurious copy.
Good evening everyone , i have read posts on here about this ecu and the issues they seem to have regarding error codes and issues regarding corrupt eeproms , does anyone have advice on fixing this issue ? it would appear from previous posts that there is a solution but there is never much information on what the fix was or what changes need to be made to the file , i will attach the full read of the ecu if anyone is kind enough to take a look at it , thankyou
