We have a Peugeot 5008 2019 which has had 2 brand new electric power steering racks fitted which were purchased from the Peugeot dealer, both with the same issue.
Using the latest Diagbox online (properly licensed & subscribed) we have carried out configuration successfully which allowed us to clear the configuration fault however we are left with P0602 - Downloading Fault stored and the steering malfunction light on the dash illuminated. The steering is not smooth, it does provide steering assistance however it judders as you move it.
When selecting the downloading option in Diagbox the process completes successfully stating no download is required because the ECU is up to date.
Has anyone experienced this before or can anyone suggest how to resolve this?
Any guidance/ideas are much appreciated.
Hello all i have a issue with Smart airbag module.

the original module 4519010701 show me error B2F00. I try with a reset but doesnt help. Thats why i take a second hand unit with different vin but i changed the vin like the original board but i get tottaly error in car that no other module like engine sam dash have no connection with Airbag module. Possible anybody can fix the orignal with B2F00 error or somebody can change the VIN in the second hand module correctly that i have one which work ? The second hand airbag module has number 4519015000.
As the post says I am need of someone to adjust the metering unit values to stabilize the rail pressure in an audi common rail 2 litre.
the ecu is an edc17cp20 I have swapped in a cp3 high pressure fuel pump and 643 metering valve. The car has a tune from before the pump was installed and was running fine. still runs fine but hits p0088 over pressure and oscillates the rail pressure quite badly under load.
I'm based in the U.S. and none of the tuners here will touch it because its a euro ecu.
any help is appreciated even if its just guidance for what map names to adjust.
I have problem with BMW X3 2019r 2.0d Xdrive EU.
"Check engine" light is on.
I read out a fault codes: 30C400 and 31C400.
I changed C93092 Grill Shutter Motor/Actuator (new original BMW) but "check engine" light still is on.
After that the fault code changed to 30C700 (component coding error).
I didn't find a way to code a new part.
Has anyone had a problem with the 31C400 and can help?

Trying to figure out how i can get switchable pops and bangs on sport mode...
I have tried several solutions but none of them seem to work - either i can active way to heavy pops all the time or nothing happens or i get it once randomly and never again.

Hello, I have a problem with my Peugeot 508 2013 2.0 hdi HYbrid4. For some time now, after driving a few kilometers, the message "Engine fault. Repair needed" appears. Diagbox only shows 2 errors in the semi-automatic gearbox controller CFC300p_HY: P0942, P0943 (screenshot in attachment). I recently replaced the following parts in the car:
- Complete clutch kit
- Hydraulic accumulator
- Electro-pump actuator + oil
- Starting battery
Before replacing these parts, this message also appeared. Where to look for the problem?

I'm still in the process of learning with DTS but finally getting a grasp/understanding of the process, up until the point where the actual coding or variant coding is required. All the Benz vehicles I deal with are simply stock/factory and had a module replaced...nothing being retrofitted or modified etc. Just stock replacement of OEM parts. But, it seems like everything I read or watch, refers to making retrofit changes or adding functionality missing from the original build. I do not want to do any of that. I just want to code OEM parts that have been replaced by a shop or body shop etc. For example, I had a body shop replace the front radar/cruise module aka FCW167 on a 2021 GLE350. It has the B-code for missing coding. But I still don't understand what I would do once I'm actually at the point within DTS of completing the Variant Coding? Is there a procedure for simply telling it to "code to original values" or something like that? Rather than me having to select each individual parameter myself? I hope that makes sense? Thanks again!
I'm basically being told by some that coding and programming brand new OEM modules with the factory coding is either a) Not possible, and only possible with online Xentry or b) Only possible by reading the coding from the exact same year/model/module of another vehicle and writing to the new one. But then I see other people talking about using DTS 9 and flashing modules with original data. It's all very confusing with no real straight answers . If DTS is supposed to be the "engineering" software for Mercedes, how can it not be possible to simply code a module with the original files? How is it easier to make modifications and retrofits, which I assume Benz wouldn't want people to do, but simply making a module operate using factory specs is impossible? Seems strange.
