Hello need solution for this car, there where tested few solutions but no luck.
On ori car goes sleep in around one min when engine stopped and key took out from the car.
On all DPF solutions some of them DPF+EGR off ECUs go hot and buzzing sound from engine bay untill battery dead.
after fiddling around with my car (G20) the BDC does not respond to any requests anymore. No matter what UDS commands I send, there is just no response. It is not showing up in E-Sys also. The car itself behaves normal and there are no errors displayed. Anyone experienced such an issue before?
Hello,
I bought a golf some time ago.
When I bought it, it had PL language in the menu and wireless Android Auto worked perfectly.
I had it for about 6 months, and then the android auto just stopped working wirelessly. Nothing changed. It just stopped working.
I could not find any mechanics to want to take a look a it, so I took it to the official VW workshop. They told me that "bringing back original software should help", but they cannot do anything besides exchanging the entire media unit for a crazy amount of money.
I kept looking, and 2 other mechanics told me that a software update should help.
The car was running MOI3_EU_VW_R7860L.
So I updated it to MOI3_EU_VW_R8410L.
The update did not help at all with the wireless Android auto. But it caused me to lose all EU languages. Now I only have English, French and Spanish available I think.
I was told on a telegram group that the car checks the location and after some long time disables the wireless android auto if its not in its native region.
I assume that means that the original conversion was not done properly?
And caused the AA to be disabled after a few months?
Could someone confirm if this is true?
I was thinking about trying to reflash the MOI3_EU_VW_R7860L to the car, to see if it would bring back the other languages.
But I cannot find that firmware anywhere.
Would anyone be able to help me in this situation?
My main goal would be to get wireless android auto to work. Don't care that much about the language.
Hi,
I need replace Audi RMC Cnct Plus on Audi A6 because original water damaged.
I have used one with same identical PN 4G0 035 182G and I read both eprom 24c256.
If i swap all eprom content it works? Is possible remove/swap component protection?
The car came to me after after engine replacement becasue of overheating
Petrol engine wont start
I cant start the petrol engine or even turn it over because i have some problem with the hybrid seperating clutch
When i start electric motor turn on and i can drive on electric but cant turn over the engine
Its trying but feels like it slipping the clutch also have fault codes for seperating clutch slip when close
But i cant find only clutch its looks like it needs a complete new electric motor
Car has only 60k miles on it and i cant uderstand how to get a clutch or solve this problem without replacing the 10k euro electric motor
Somebody deal with that problem?
can i solve it in another way?
I pulled out the clutch position sensor and i can smell burnt clutch
Tried basic setting and cltuch touch point adaptation but no success
Fault list:
P287f00 seperating clutch-position implausible
P268500 supply voltage for actustors short circuit tO ground
p288200 engine disconnect clutch excessive slippage
P309f00 seperating clutch actuator slip with closed clutch
Thank you

As the title says, I'm wondering if I can update a PSA BSI on the bench using official Diagbox (paying the fee, of course) and a J2534 diagnostics tool. I expect that I would probably need the engine ECU and the key(s) at the very least in order to bypass the immobilizer, as I believe it could be an issue.
Has anyone tried this before? Any advice? I don't have access to the vehicle(s), so that's not an option.
Also, I'm aware of the numerous BSI wirings and software versions, so I know it won’t be a straightforward job.
On a final note, I'm also interested in what other modules you people managed to update with J2534 on the bench apart from BSI's (if any).
Have an EML unit here from a BMW E31 850i from 1990. The EML I have here is having the following part numbers:
Bosch 0205000015
BMW 1731914 078
The EML was heavily corroded and not proper working anymore. So bought another used EML with exact same part numbers. Installed it on the car and was having connection by INPA, but the car won't start probably due to EWS/immobilizer.
So I swapped the 28-pin chip (#2287356852) from the old to the new (used) EML. As far as I know within the 28-pin chip for sure calibration data is located, but also EWS? After swapping the chip there is no connection with INPA anymore...?
I am familiar with working on and reparing ECU's so quiet sure there is nothing damaged. However, I am not experienced enough with those kind of control uints.
1) Is swapping this chip normally enough after installing an EML from another vehicle?
2) What kind of EWS system a BMW E31 850i from 1990 should have and is this easy to delete or bypass?
I will try to swap back the original chip first and see if I have connection again. Any help is welcome.

Previously all PCM options worked
Right now PCM have next
1. Can make and answer calls by Bluetooth, but no Bluetooth music.
2. Radio no sound
3. Cd no sound
4. All other sources no sound
5. Pushing info button doesn't reset the radio and switches to carplay, android connect options.
