Tested two flash available in dataflash with Odis E, boot and flash, reset with VagCom, coding online but still the same issue. The problem appear itself when running on highway, no crashes, battery drain, etc.
It is possible to fix, or no other way to replaced the steering rack?

Mazda 6 2009 2.0 D, the customer's immobilizer control came on and it is impossible to gain access to the car, brake connection with engine controllers, the controller was connected to the new one and to the same, communication with controllers activated sporadically.
Long story short - Garage replaced BSI with second hand one and throw old BSI. Did som checking and the BSI they replaced did not match original parts number. Got hold of a new second hand one BSI according to orignal parts number (dont know if software is correct i dont even know how to find out which software version i need without old orgiginal unit?) Tried to download software to BSI with diagbox and token but only get error code when trying to download the software (diagbox has a lot of issues and i cant figure it out, used already two tokens.)
Can somebody replace the pin code in engine ecu to match the new BSI unit i got. (I know the PIN code in new second hand BSI). Tried to change the pin code in HexEditor Neo myself but probably need checksum correction? (im new to all this stuff) Reading and writing with k-tag clone.
Old pin in ECU - NZUC need to be replaced with ANRE. Ive also programmed a new key to the new BSI with ANRE code.
Will the solution even work with replacing engine ecu pin code to match second hand BSI and program new key?
Hi, i have this problem with SID310 Renault Megane. When i delete dtcs with diag tool(there are no dtcs, but i start the command with diag on ECU) it starts fine, when i turn ignition off, after a few minutes car doesn't start anymore. What could it be? When deleting dtcs ON ECU(no other modules) something resets and car does start, but i don't know what. What happens technically speaking when i start erasing dtc command on ECU with diag tool other than deleting dtcs itself? I can pay for proper solution,thanks. Ori file attached.

is it possible to make a C unit of my D version? i just want to be able to load datasets and coding online.
and since the hardware numbers are the same i think it would be possible.
