Some people might already know about this, but discovered a nice method to collect all of your car's available variant coding options and settings. In a way where you can quickly search, translate, and analyze everything across multiple modules. Found at least half a dozen settings I wanted changed within a week of doing this. Hope this helps others as much as it's helped me.
# 1. Identify Modules:
Use Xentry to run a diagnostic on your vehicle. Once complete, click the save/export button in the top right to save the report as a PDF. This PDF will list all the modules in your vehicle that you’ll need for the next steps.
#2. Collect the Module Files:
After reviewing the diagnosis, locate your vehicle’s module files. For cars, go to: `C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\MB_PKW\SMRX\` For vans, use: `C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\MB_VAN\SMRX\` Copy the necessary modules to a new, easily accessible location.
#3. Create a Project in DTS Monaco:
Set up a project in DTS Monaco specifically for your car. This way, you can open all your modules at once, using a saved workspace template. Here’s a helpful guide to creating DTS projects: Creating DTS Monaco Projects
#4. Select a Module:
Open your project in DTS Monaco, navigate to the 'Variant Coding' tab, and select a module. For some reason, a domain must be accessed to be included in the report. So you need to select/view the domains you want included in the report (I always get them all). A quick tip: use the down arrow and enter key to move through them quickly.
#5. Generate a Report:
Press F8 to generate a report, and uncheck everything except "Variant Coding." Alternatively, using Shift+F8 will only include the variant coding, making it even simpler. Be sure to rename the file to reflect the module (e.g., HU55.html) before saving.
#6. Repeat for All Modules:
Follow steps 4 and 5 for every module in your vehicle. Once you're done, it's probably a good idea to organize your new files too, separate HTML from XML in different directories, etc..
#7. Utilize the Reports:
Now that you have your reports, you can right click HTML files to open in the browser, from there right click > translate to English (or w/e language). You can also use tools like VSCode to search through the text in all your files and compare settings across modules. For even more flexibility, upload the reports to AI tools like GPT to help analyze and create detailed projects for your car. You can zip all the modules into a single file and upload that to avoid the 20 file limitation on GPT.

Suddenly my windshieldwasher pump doesn't work. I checked the pump and it isn't defective. If I connect the pump outside the container and activate the switch of the headlightwasher pump.... the windshieldwater pump works (??!!) If I assemble all components, the conditions is like in the beginning. Has anyone an idea? SAM front defective?

hey guys,we have problem with this cvt..chain was bad ,so we change it..trans works prefect ,no problem but soon as we engage into 7 speed manually it gives dtc p0730 incoerrect ratio and you can continue driving.when it is on automatic it will not engage 7 th speed.when on manual it does but after few seconds it gives dtc p0730 ..i have readings on input and output of gearbox..only difference is when u shift gears rpms always falls around 200 rpm/min and when u shift to 7th speed it doesnt do that..,.does anyone has any idea about it?car runs good..no dtc beside p0730..

Hi. Toyota prius prime, 2017 yr, hybrid. Somehow the HV ecu broke-no communication, so I bought an used one. Replaced, communication OK, but car wont start. No faults for immo, but looking at live data- I have immo SET. Also looking at vehicle control history I have faults- hv ev system start up failure by immobiliser unmatch. How can I match the used HV ecu to immo?

The engine had been changed and the one put in it has the only difference that it does not have an oil pressure regulating solenoid valve (switch). The solenoid valve was recovered and put back on the new engine.
The car runs perfectly but after 5 minutes i have limp mode (engine light and fault p1541-21: variable displacement oil pump pressure, signal amplitude < minimal).I tried a dtc off of p1541, no more dtc but limp mode always comes back…
I tried dtc off with davinci, dtc remover, xDecoder, swiftec… Someone have an idea?

Motorola inside with m.set 2E59B in QFP80 which should be a HC11KS2 .. will try to R/W and report my findings here later.
EDIT > Confirmed it is the MCU HC11KS2 in a 80pin package. Read with ORANGE5 in system but the Xtal needs to be replaced to 8Mhz only.
