I need some advices. When I try to update for ex. an ECU or EGS or other, choose offline programming but after DAS asks for data dvd.

Hello, I need urgent help, I have a Mercedes W203 c220 cdi 2004. The car does not handle, do not I can not enter the diagnostic ecu engine, I think it is the ecu eprom will be corrupted?, I can do off the car imo start,? or other problem? someone can help me please. best regards
hello everybody, need somebody can do IMMO OFF or solution to start edc17cp20 , i killed original ECU and i have second hand ECU and FULL backup from original ecu of the car.
