I want to install OEM rear view camera. I know that I need to get rear view camera - 164 820 14 97 and Modulator 1645430062. I have a Comand unit USA version with part number A164 820 17 79 (made December 2006). I heard two different suggestions where one is that it should be enough and another that I need to have one more Control Unit. Another person mentioned something about a need to have a video input in the Comand unit.
I decided to ask if someone were able to make this work and share with helpful information. I really don’t have a clear picture of what should be done. Any good advice is highly appreciated.

i wanted to programm a new key ; I have read the MCU data with XPRG-m, ( EZS part number :2095450508 ); but the MCU data is deleted , how can I get the data back? maybe from the MCU Box .

For now, I made it through the Volta and EcuSafe.
I've heard that EcuSafe not always do it well.
I also winols, but I'm learning for now.
Can anyone verify that it is as well?

I have bought a MB Star C3 and a Dell630 (laptop is with XP) for starting diagnostic on my own cars. I am a novice to this and would like to hear if there’s a how-to-do kind of set-up for C3? I will not run a virtual machine but run it on this laptop. (I haven’t tried to hook it up yet since I will make sure I get it right from the start)
I have been searching this forum and found in sticky for the MB DAS Xentry …… but isn’t there one for the C3?

I tried with Volta and Ecusafe but regeneration still present and plenty of smoke on cold. Also if someone can checkit with Swiftec please, because I am seriously thinking of purchase these software.
