I installed the new Version (11/2010) on an fresh installed WIN XP Pro SP3 and used the MAC-adress methode to install...
After the install i couldn't search for VINs... Then i got the message: "Technical Problem occurred. Please try to connect later"
And if i shutdown the computer "Java" caused an error. Same on an virtual maschine (VMware Workstation 7).
In some datasheets the program didn't find the DVD3... But it is mounted (in the VM at the VM-drive and Alcohol and at the physical pc only at Alcohol).
On an other VM i tried to update my old version (V2.2a V2009-26). The update installed correctly... But there are the same problems like above...
Does anyone know the problem and could help me? Thx anyone!
