Please can you give me information on Toyota Techstream TIS? I know from surfing the web that there are three worldwide versions 1) USA TIS (Toyota vehicles only built in USA). 2) EUROPE TIS (Toyota vehicles only built in Europe) and 3) JAPAN/World TIS(Toyota vehicles only built in Japan).
I am from the UK but based in Africa (working as an automotive trainer) where 99% of Toyotas are directly imported from Japan.
My question is when downloading TIS on the site is there a way of knowing which is what versoin? and if it covers Japan imports?

I have problem whit programming LCM . Try to enable front fog lights and convert rear lights to led. All changes was successful send to LCM but lights still not working!! At this point I'm confuse.
In same truck I need to change Engine Fan Tape from electric one to on/off. Please point me it is possible with devtool and which parameter change. I see Parameter GVY in Ptt Parameters Description program but can't find in ECM. Thanks for any help.

Hello to all

Can anyone shed some Light into the general means of Tuning the intake/exhaust vanos maps? Should we only Work with the intake maps Or both? Where should we concentrate, midrange Or upper rpm range? Advance or retard?

For a naturally aspirated engine i consider there should be a general tendencia in modifying these maps for a bit more Power ir at least a wider powerband


Any input Will be appreciated. Pictured is the Part load exhaust vanos map

i have picasso 2002 2.0 hdi problem
when i check error with lexia 3 show me a error p1521 what is this error and how will i resolve this problem.
my car start normaly but when i depress the accelerator pedal to full or 50 % then i have a noisy sound (like click) and I have a feeling twitches.
