Hello friends, i need help about transistor value in EDC 16C36. ECU is from Opel Vivaro 2.5 CDTI, bosch 0 281 013 364 EDC 16C36-3.2. I need value of one one transistor, original is marked 9E but i can not get info what is this. From some other info i know that iin this ecu is installed transistor under another marks but not have info whichone. Picture of what i need is attached.

I looked 2000 times over all the PCB and i can't find it!

On Tachosoft Mileage says it must be 93c66 or 93c86, but i can't find it.

Ok, so a friend gave me a 3 used SDconnect muxes that didn´t work properly. One I managed to get work but two are giving me a headache. These both muxes are serial 1010xx (the one I got working was different), network settings are correct (selftests etc. works great and no problems there) but when I try to connect my w211 -09 with DAS, other mux just loops after reading ZGW, so I have to close DAS via task manager and other one gives me 9857 (circuit 30/31) error, no matter LAN or WLAN.
Software is 01.2014 but the 2012 software does the same and C3 works great with these installations in my w211. I updated firmware manually to both muxes but still it tries to update firmware automatically when I connect to car. Also tried to reinstall SDC toolkit and reseted the muxes. Now it didn´t try to load auto-updates but the problem stays.
What should I try next?
