Welp, I had heard of squirrels and the larger rodents climbing up in the engine bay and dining out on the electrical wiring.
Recently I became an owner of a small motor home. My neighbor decided to inform me about the drawbacks of not putting protective covers on the tires. He also said try to leave the least amount of bare wire at connections.
So, I ordered tire covers and got through the first winter. The house i am renting has a sweet pecan tree on the property. I noticed some large birds (the hawk and owl sort) mulling about. I believe that they kept my squirrel away. Or so I thought. The bum was grabbing a few pecans, climbing on top of the engine, and hiding safely away from the danger.
Popped the hood on the Audi and voila, a nicely stripped, 3" section of fuel injector wiring, and several handfuls of cracked pecans.
Time to invest in a pellet gun.
Thanks for letting rant...

I replaced the BOSCH 4B0959655G controller in car due to the 65535 code.
My car requires code 00106. The replacement controller had 01106.
Whenever I go to the Coding menu and enter in "00106" and click "Do it!", there is no error message but the original code "01106" remains.
Nothing has changed.
On ori module I can changing coding without any issue.
Is the any secret to fix it exist?
I'm using VCDS or X431 but both cant do this.
Thanks.
