I have a Peugeot 3008 thats driving me nuts.
It is a 1.6 THP 16v 156 Manual gearbox 6 with MED17_4 Euro5 ecu.
What happens is when you driving it is like a fish nibbling on your line, a slight jerk or hesitation.
You can feel it in the higher gears not so much 1st and 2nd.
It seems to be a little worse when at operating temp.
*I have changed coils and spark plugs
*I have updated engine ecu to lattest update
*It has new timing chain and components
Timing is set properly with inclination gauge reading 89.80 deg
*I compared fuel pressure on pre feed circuit to another car - 4.8 bar, gauge does not dip when jerk occurs.
*I have done compression test and all cylinders are even and ok
*I took off inlet manifold and cleaned out inlet ports and put back toether and carried out the peugeot B1AW011JQ0 infoflash spraying the spray in to air intake to clean valves and then oil change.
*I have changed the 2 air pressure sensors
*I changed camshaft sensor
*I have changed high pressure fuel pump
*I have a new turbo on
*The vacuume circuit is ok no leaks with vacuume gauge all pressures are fine
All parameters and refrence values look ok
There is no fault codes stored and engine light does not come on.
It would realy be great if someone can shed some new light on this for me
