Hi everyone,
I have got my hands in an Opel Zafira 2004 where a guy have tried to swap the standard 90bhp engine for the 2.0 DTI 110bhp engine.
The engine will fire up for 2-3 seconds at first then the engine light will start flashing. also if the ignition is on the engine light will start flash without turning the key.
I have a Delphi DS100E tester with PDA, and i have checked the immobiliser but it has no errors, i can trick an error by using a not programmed key to be read by the transponder.
The engine has 2 permanent unknown errors 16130A and 16140A on the Delphi tester. After erasing them, the erros appear again right away.
The ecu's and and immobiliser boxes have been swapped aswell, tried to have transponder read the new keys and with new immo box and ecu while starting the car, with the same results.
Both the old and new ECU's are Delphi branded and has the exact same model/type number.
When testing the Intrument on the tester it has a permanent error DTC 17 on the "RPM" signal, but the rpm's in the dash works when the car starts.
Does anyone know if there are differences in the wiring harness from the 90 to 110bhp engine?
I'm wondering is he has connected everything correctly or maybe missing something.
does the 16130A and 16140A correspond to the error codes 1614 and 1613 that seems to be something immobiliser related. ?
Kind Regards
Christian

I am writing this since on all my w7 x64 when i wanted to install delphi i received this error:
![[Image: error.jpg]](http://s30.postimg.org/nzexxfoip/error.jpg)
It didn't matter if i installed clean, on any Delphi i had this and i have seen that others do.
So, this is a guided install on how things work:
1. Download Delphi 2.13.2.0 from delphi website: HERE
2. Install it
If you have CDP with 5digits sn chose DS150E
If you have CDP+ with 6 digits sn chose DS150E NEW VCI
3.After install copy from all you need patched main.exe
4.CLOSE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION.
5.Open Delphi enter your sn and key (you have HW KEY on archive)and start activation, a pop-up will appear, chose yes and save the xml file.
6.Request that your file it's activated HERE
7.After you have your activated file, open Delphi, enter again sn and key, start activation, a pop-up will appear, this time chose NO,and open your activated file.
If you are on x64 you will see the error above. Do not worry, close delphi and copy from patch 64 the ok files and now open it again.
At this point you will see that all works but you have Delphi 2.13.2.0
Close Delphi, open internet connection and run it again. Go to Help->Check for Updates and let it update your files.
IMPORTANT:
Once the update it's done, copy original files from patch delphi x64 to delphi install folder.
If you don't do this you won't be able to activate again Delphi.
Now do again steps 3,4,7
3.After install copy from all you need patched main.exe
4.CLOSE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION.
7.Open Delphi, enter again sn and key, start activation, a pop-up will appear, this time chose NO,and open your activated file.
And again you will have the error.
8.Close Delphi.
9.Copy from all you need patched x64 ok files to Delphi install folder and
NOW YOU HAVE A FUNCTIONAL DELPHI 2.13.2.2 ON WINDOWS X64
Optional: If you want to deactivate update checks go to Delphi install folder and rename wyUpdate to let's say wyUpdateXXX and the checks will stop.
Please keep in mind that Delphi cars and trucks have a little different update from 2.13.2.0->2.13.2.2
If you like my post and it helped you please press THANKS.
