I use the EKA code procedure but dont work.ECU is PGM-FI type 37820-PP5-G01 and

hi people can finish yesterday and when like make a test engine run, but when i press accelerator pedal, engine start to vibrate and rpm slow... and service light on... in panel says Engine Management Fault, faulty anti pollution... and tips i change the timing belt with home made psa lock tools...i think this cause of the ptoblem bad seting... ok i tried to find this tools in my country (Chile) and nothing... and now travel to my work (mining) and think here can build psa timing tools if dont have in my country for import is 30 days... for this i consult anyone have a measures, designs this tools, pease

Need some help with repair of a Body Control Module from a Chrysler Voyager 1997.

Problem is that headlights switched on all the time as soon battery is connected. Traced back that the headlight relay is controlled by the BCM, specially by a Motorola chip on the board: 2396 XAB9651.

Searched the web but did not find any info on this chip.
Does any one have some more info about the chip or a replacement?
