A customer came to him to get his valve cover seal changed for him, After forcefully uprooting the injector nozzles which were stuck in the head out, and open the cover and changed the seal or gasket for the cover, now car wont start again... 2011 Diesel, Valve Cover was removed. Now injector 2 and 5 shot fault code out.
I personally do not know if because of this, that is why the high pressure pump is failing to spit out fuel into the Fuel rail, because the fuel rail is not getting now fuel from the high pressure pump fitted against the head,. even though fuel from the tank comes constantly to the High pressure pump on the head but the pump do not give it part out to the fuel rail.
1. Why is the High Pump not giving out put fuel to the pump, at least if even injector failed, HIGH PUMP should deliver pressure fuel to the rail pump but here lies the case it does not, the pressure comes once and wont come again during cranking stage. Please HELP with advise...

I have a mk1 octavia tdi 110 ASV. I had turbo upgraded to 130bhp from CR Turbo's(3 weeks old),bigger side mounted intercooler, & 150bhp nozzles added,which were flow tested & calibrated by reputable company in Scotland.Also have a decat pipe.
Before i added the bigger turbo I tried & kept a map that a guy made for my 150bhp injectors only(with stock turbo).was bit smoky but anyway.
I added bigger turbo & run it on same map,as its due to be live mapped next week,but I have now got problems
When I give it wide open throttle in 3/4th gear (past 3000rpm),it goes into limp mode sometimes giving p1557 overboost code.Ive checked the actuator on turbo but it appears to be operating normally.Ive changed MAF sensor,map sensor & made sure all piping is ok,inc vacuum pipes.(but think i will renew any pipes tomorrow that even look old/cracked). Also have another fuel filter in boot which i also plan to change tomorrow.
I have done a log with vcds of 3,8,11 which I shall attach with this post or put in dropbox account & post a link.
1 thing though. If the map on car is running for only bigger nozzles and NOT the upgraded turbo is there a chance that too much air is confusing the ECU etc?I see from my log that its going upto 2.1bar on vcds.Is it this thats maybe causing this problem?The last thing i want to do is put it into be live mapped for £400 then it go into limp mode. Please,any help would be greatly appreciated as this is just the last straw.cheers guys

i have a saab 9.3 year 2000, is 2.2 diesel. i will change the diesel pump but i want to know if i can program the pump with carprog clone, and if i can't with carprog clone, what tool need to program diesel pump ?
