Hello friends ....
I have a problem ...
I'm trying to do the ECU swap a ford fiesta 1.4 tdci 2003.
The original ecu is "3S61-12A650-LA" and it is burnt.
That second hand ecu is "3S61-12A650-LB" ...
I switched the flash and I did the rolling code reset ...
I did the alignment with IDS and everything ok ... immo light is off, the starter motor turns but does not start.
The rail pressure during start-up marks 145 MPa.
And in ECU, I always have the battery voltage to 9,50v. On the battery is 12,50V
In engine ECU this faults:
P0191
P0625
P0336
P0004
P0562
The sync engine, the camshaft is ok ..
Three injectors have an internal resistance of 170kohm and 1 is interrupted ...
The wiring is ok, power to the ECU and the masses all ok.
Wiring from ECU to injectors is ok ...
Some help?
Sorry for my bad English...
Thanks in advance ...
BR

Hello, i have an interesting case:
I have Mercedes W639 2.2CDTI. It starts only if you turn the key for a long time or cycle the key 3-4 times.
There is an 2356-008 Control module N3/9 (Comon rain sigans fault). Internal control iunit reset by program)
Star DAS recomends replacement of ECU.
When i make the ECU virgin, but do not active it (the counter is at 99 and goes down) there is no error and the car stars always. BUt after activation the error comes back.
Maybe someone has a good ECU file. A 646 153 07 91 0 281 011 792
or can help me to corrent the bad one.
thanks

-kts 115 (it`s hard to find any info what its worth)/ autocom clone and later some oem clones
- some good passthru and oem software
I probably will scan mostly Ford, Peugeot, Renault, Vag, Fiat, Toyota, Opel, Chervrolet/Dewoo, Mazda

Scan Tool PID Refresh Rates |

Hey everyone,
Had a quick question for you guys. I work in the aftermarket repair world doing diagnostics on all makes/models. Recording live data is paramount in my diagnostics, unfortunately I find that in many of my aftermarket scanners (Snap On, Mac (an SPX/OTC-based scan tool), etc), the PID refresh rate is just too slow for me to be able to make useful diagnostic conclusions from my scan data (it's hard to run a VE test or determine a misfire's etiology if you think the PID refreshed after the fact- or even worse, sequentially from one PID to the next). On most models, the PID refresh is fantastic, but I have trouble getting good refresh rates on many of the Euros (BMW specifically isn't great until MY 2006+), Audi is okay but not great, and Nissan/Infiniti in the earlier OBDII period (1996-2002) is absolutely abysmal.
I'm in the market for another aftermarket scan tool to fill in the gap on these vehicles- what would you guys recommend? Since you guys tend to be European, what has been your experience with the PID refresh rate on other scan tools such as say, the Autocom or even the Delphi DS150E?
Unfortunately, I work on so many manufacturers right now and they are all relatively evenly distributed, a factory scan tool is kind of out of the question right now.
Thank you for your help in advance!

I have ordered some performance injectors with .216 nozzles. I need to know what stage etc they should be set to. Im currently running a stage1 remap from a guy on here.later I plan to use a gt1749va turbo & fmic and decat in the future with another remap. Someone said I should run the nozzles as they come ie:pop tested/calibrated.in other words, wide open.
Im not familiar with stage settings on injectors so any help appreciated.
The seller will be phoning me in the morning to discuss this so I'd like an independent view from you guys.
Ps:the seller has a pretty good name online
