Hi,

I want to update my DSG on my Seat Ibiza to the latest software but the file names do not really make sense to me within the flash disks.

I can work out engine ECU without issue but not DSG.

Can you help me to confirm which is the correct file to flash with ODIS Engineering?

Here is the ECU information from ECU ID:
HW: 0AM927769D
SW: v069E5110AM___getriebe_DSG_tbE5

I'm guessing the update file is this as it's the only one that looks anything similar?
v069E5610AM___getriebe_DSG_tbE5_sw.sgo
Any Ideas?

Help needed to restore old (2004?) wheel alignment system!
- HDD (WD 43AA-00AFA0) can not recognize itself anymore (probably 'flash' crashed).
- one of 'backup' floppies (1st PRG) is unreadable.
Does anybody have software for this wheel alignment system (ML4000) and/or Western Digital HDD recovery with firmware?

is it possible to get a CMD from Slave to Master (without Flashtec)?
I think it's just copy an EEProm from one Master?? HW should be identical.

Before extracting unblock archive.



[1] If you have error like this



you should remove block from all files in Rheingold folder. For example C:\Program Files\Rheingold\SQLiteDBs and C:\Program Files\Rheingold\TesterGUI\bin\Release.
Select file and click right button, open Properties and click Unblock, after click Apply.



To unblock all files in folder Rheingold by 1 click, open Windows PowerShell like Admin (Run As Administrator).
By default Win 7 has 3d version of PowerShell, but we need install 4th version, downloading it from: >>>Microsoft<<<
for Win 7 x64 file Windows6.1-KB2819745-x64-MultiPkg.msu, and for Win x32 file Windows6.1-KB2819745-x86-MultiPkg.msu

In PowerShell you should execute command

gci ’С:\Program Files\Rheingold’ -Recurse | Unblock-File and press Enter (After executing of this command Rheingold starts working on 100%. Test plans, service functions etc)
And do not close PowerShell after you pressed "enter". It can take about 5 minutes to finish. Nothing will appear on screen, but processes is in work.

[2] If you do not need China language you can delete 2 files from folder SQLiteDBs:
xmlvalueprimitive_ZHCN.sqlite and streamdataprimitive_ZHCN.sqlite (you save 5GB of HD space)

[3] To resolve connecting problems with ECU modules in old cars you can increase response time on receive and connecting commands in Ediabas.ini.
Old INPA trick. (This trick affects on all cables ICOM, K-Line adapter, K-Dcan etc. May be it will help someone)

Ok after trying all weekend to get citreon service box to run on my laptop I gave up. I then loaded on desktop and the wiring diagrams appeared to work so tried service docs this came up with error saying "MSUCR71.DLL" is missing and wont run. When I tried wiring diagrams again it now also wont run again giving the same error message that laptop did saying this:-
"Error initialzing backup Systray: class ava.net.socketException=>Unrecognized Windows Sockets error:0:JVM_Bind=>null"

I have also got some small shields (I think they are yellow/blue) in the icons and I have know idea what it means.
Also How can I find out what version of java plugin I have before I try to update as been advised this could be problem?
As for my laptop it will now not allow me to install having done un-install so as to start a fresh so not to happy about that any ideas.
windows 8 on both laptop and desktop. with I.E 8 on both.
