42 - DDE control unit (EEPROM and configuration
43 - Damaged software or driver injection pump
49 - The rotation of the injection pump
48 - Adjust the amount of fuel
on the controller that I established with the same only manual
auto start and everything works OK
but I can not put gear automatic transmission locked
on the original car driver does not start
but the automatic transmission works properly
if anyone knows how to move?
Hello, today I tried to remap this car. It is 225HP 3.0TDI BMK from 2004. I read it with mpps v13 and when i tried to flush remapped file it stopped at 0% and came up with error. I checked the file that was in car and it is not normal for that ECU. Now when I try to fix it with BDM everything works fine but still the car wont start all lights on cluster flush and fan runs at 100%. I was not able to find full single BDM file only peaces for this ECU but it wont start. It is:

Can anyone help me. I have no idea what could be the problen, Does anyone know what is issue or have full bdm file? Here I post file I read with MPPS.

Hello. I have a Mercedes w203 220cdi 646.963, 1037374192. Problem: high fuel consuption on idle only. (in city cycle about 10-11 l/100km)
There are three versions of firmware:
- original
- dpf off + egr off
- dpf off + egr off + tuning
But probably the first one is no original. It was downloaded by MPPS when I has bought a car. I think it has a modifications.
On second and third firmwares are the same problem. Too high amount of injected fuel on idling. It varies between 9 - 11 mm^3/hub. I compared with other merdedes with diesel engines and this value varies between 6 - 7.5 mm^3/hub.
Have anybody a original version and tuned + dpf off version of firmwares to compare with my files? Maybe there are an errors in the fuel maps for idling?

Last week, while I was working on a car, the laptop with DAS/Xentry slid from the car and crashed to the ground.....and after testing, I realized the HDD was toast.
So, I put in a empty HDD and used this image from a fellow mhhauto user and now I have xentry and DAS working on the laptop.
Great.
Then I used this website to try to set up the SD connect 4 to the laptop, but I keep getting error 749...
"Due to network problems, no connection to SD connect can be established (749)."
I've gone through the usual suspect spot, and I dont see anything wrong with my setup...maybe I'm an idiot, I dont know!

When I plug SDconnect, the little taskbar thingy turns green, the lock icon is blue and unlocked with number 2.
For what it's worth, there is no battery in the SDConnect. Should I put in batteries before trying again?
