Hello Everyone

I purchased a Star C3 system (09.2013) from China and am having problems with the multiplexer. There is a connection problem. The cable connections are fine and there is a green light on the multiplexer. The software is installed on a Dell D630 computer with COM2 as the chosen port. On the SDconnect bar at the bottom of the screen, there is a 'D' with and 'unlocked padlock' icon.

When I run the SDToolkit, the report is fine; no errors.

When I run DAS (through Xentry) an error message comes up:
Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed
Possible causes:
The link between the diagnosis multiplexer an the
diagnostic socket is interrupted
The link between the diagnosis multiplrxer an the
diagnostic unit is interrupted.
The voltage supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit30
and(or) circuit31)is fault.

How can I resolve this?

Using tms374 ecu decoding to decode sagem SL96-3
The manual of the TMS374 ECU DECODER say
Pin 1 ---------12v+
Pin 2\3\18 ----------GND
Pin 27\48 immo data line ( cut )

When applying this connection, there is a short between these pins
I guss this pin connection is wrong, can any body help me with the right pin connection
When checking autodata for sagem SL96 ECU PIN OUT
PIN 13/35 ----------12V+
PIN 36/54 --------GND
Or I can cut pin 27\48 then fit ecu in the car and open ignition and start decoding process

Hi guys,

I hope someone can help me with the following problem.

I have installed Mercedes EWA 01-2014 and EPC database 09/2013. Everything is working fine, except one thing.

When i put in a VIN in EPC and strike Return, EPC should recognize the vehicle and show me the parts fitting my car. But when i put in a VIN (no matter which one i use) and press Return, nothing happens. I habe to manually choose the car type, but then of course all parts will be shown, and not only the ones fitting my car...

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

2006 Highland Hybride, Brake Pads were changed in a different shop and as a result of this, ABS , Brake fluid caution light and BRAKE light is on with Triangle light.. as a matter of fact, the brake cannot grip any more. several bleeding were done yet still..

Was called upon to check from a different shop, now i did perform linear offset reset with my techstream, but yet still the code wont go off..

I have use other devices which i know of that done this reset but this time, the Linear code wont go off.. I even did Airbleed with techstream and even uses x431 for airbleed and i heard respond from the system. but yet still the light keep on.. attach is image of the problem, please i want to know what is the last thing or is the brake assy damaged...

Is there any way to get it running without immo ?
