Hi, I have a 2002 320D SE with EDC16 ecu. I pulled my file from my car and i have compared it to a standard file for the same software version. There are differences in the areas for torque limiter. The values in my car's original file are lower than the values in the standard file. But... my original file accelerates faster than the standard file, by quite a lot! I made graphs with test-o
the test was done on a flat piece of road in 3rd gear steady at 1500rpm then full throttle until just after 4000rpm. you can clearly see that my original file does this a lot faster.
Another thing is the boost is slightly higher but with none of the turbo maps or SVBL values changed at all. it requests 2400 mbar on the standard file and my original file requests 2500mbar. No other modifications to the file either.. only torque limiter values are higher in the standard file.

I've got a problem with C3 Start diagnostic. It all worker OK until one day it stopped. It claims 'no communication'. The green light is on. The COM1 is in device manager. Not sure how to check/configure start for COM port. Please any advice

A couple of years ago I purchased an aftermarket mercedes star system which came with WIS/DAS & Xentry (March 2010) installed on a vmware virtual machine. I persisted with it at the time but couldn't get it to work, so it sat. I'm now in the position where I really need it to work and think I need some help...
My car is a 2005 Smart Roadster.
After solving various issues, I'm running DAS and ask it to "find my vehicle type by control unit". It now seems to connect, but throws up an error message. It says "Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed. Possible causes : Diagnostic system data sectors are incomplete or faulty"
I would appreciate any advice on what this error message might mean. I've been through the forums here and followed the various bits of advice already listed (i.e. reinstall Xentry) to no avail.
i am about to swap engine (with ecu) to another car and need bypass immo. The engine was from 2000's megane 1.9dci, and read on internet that for immo off just need to modify the 29f400. if this true, the MIL will stay on? or immo lamp? can i still use OBD2?
I have the renault emulator too, but i think i need to clear code at 95P08 eeprom correct? The emulator are reliable solution?

We have a Peugeot 206 and had to change the ECI , BSI and Speedometer.
Now the KM is showing 100,000k more than it should.
If we disconnected the speedo from the car , use a tool to re-program it, then use the BSI re-boot procedure and then re-connect the speedo should we get it back to where we want ?
We have seen ads for Digiprog and Tachopro, any advice or other suggestions ?
Hi, i am trying to program 2 new keys to 2007 jag xkr using sdd v134 ,i have tried several times but always end up with the message KEY LEARN FAILED.I suspect maybe a problem with bcm, also dash shows key has low battery voltage,even after replacing with new one. Anybody seen this before? Thanks.

Wanted to install cruise control on my Ford Focus C-max 2005, 1,6 tdci.
GEM and HEC modules were programmed via ElmConfig, but as ELM327 can't modify this ECU decided to purchase Galleto 1260 to read/write ECU.
So question is does anyone have done this-activated cruise with WinOls and writed configuration in to ECU?

Hi there, How is it working the IMMO1 in the VAG 1.9D 1Y engines with no ECU? Car is a Seat Ibiza 1998 1.9D 64hps 1Y engine.
Car has not a inmovilizer device in the fuel cut off solenoid like older models, is not possible to start the car by just applying 12v+ to the fuel cut off solenoid.
Car has no ECU, only has one immobox under the dash, in the left side. It has IMMO1.
How is the inmovilizer working in these engine with no ecus and mechanical injection pump? is it cutting fuel or other thing? what?
I know i can read the pin from the immobox, but just out of curiosity i want to know how the immo1 is working on engines with no ecu and no electronic injection pump
