I've got tech2 and I'm trying to program another ecu to Vectra C 2008 z18xer but when I try to program with new software after it gets to 100% it says:
Programming failed !

Any ideas what went wrong ?

thats my first post so, lets go on.
Example: My Citroen C5 Bosch Edc15c2 2005 2.2HDI FAP 98KW

I already can read/write flash with my galetto clone (digiflasher pro).
Or external reading/flashing with my willem Programmer .

But I also want to dump the EEPROM over OBD connection, not with desoldering and dump with the willem proger.

Is there a possibility to dump this via the standart car obd socket?

I will get my spare ECU the next days, so i want to make a clone of my orginal ecu , to play with FAP EGR MAPS IMMO and so on.

Or is , as i read the best way to switch of IMMO in the flash 29f400BT?
Which tool or map i have to search?

Who can bake a file from my original flash.bin.
I also want to compare it with org file.

The car did not want to start and someone tried to repair it.I had to work on it after that.Made a new virgin ME2.8 and initial startup.Car cranks,starts for a second and dies.After a few seconds "Start error" comes in the dash.If I reset the ignition same thing.I installed another DAS,made virgin,aligned,same thing.We replaced AAM and EAM,same thing.No communication or other suspicious codes in the modules.
Any hint or idea is highly appreciated.

hi i purchased a high quality ford ids from ecu tools suppose to be best quality i managed to do software and activate it ok . it will not recognise when the ids is connected to the usb it says realteck network cable unplugged on computer.the software for usb installed and ready for use but it wont recognise when it is plugged in. i have a cheaper version vcm ids b quality that connects no problem but i was having connection issues with some cars vcm so i thought i will buy the best quality and should have no issues and ready to go etc. software installed is the ids v86 from clean install xp sp3 from the best quality ids cdi have 3 lights a solid red one a flashing green one and a solid yellow .its not connected to car obd its powered by 12 v power pack .am i missing something .ps i have tried with all of the 4 usbs and same result. laptop is panasonic cf52 xp sp3. any help would be great i tried contacting ecu tools but due to chinese holiday they not online at present maybe till next week ish

Guys, I need a little help. I need to get a Tool or Software that will enable me to code new modules (SRS) for various brands (BMW, GM, Toyota etc etc). I have heard a lot of good things about Autoenginuity, but I am not 100% it will code modules? What about the Launch GDS?
