With the update CD you can update all NCDC and NCDR systems factory fitted in Opel/Vauxhall cars from 2000-2004
These CD's can also be used for the G3 navigation systems in Alfa Romeo 166, Lancia Lybra, Lancia Thesis and in Porsche with PCM 1 (16 bit)
After updating your system you cannot use the older CD's anymore and attempt to do so may lead to damage to your equipment
Unlike previously, when you could change the language setting with the map cd, you will now need the sw cd to do so.
Further investigation and experience have shown that this claim by the producing party has no relevance.
All CD's can be used straight away without any update. Also after the Update has run, all older CD's can still be used
Nevertheless an update is certainly adviseable for the Lancia and Porsche models

For all interested in making their own KKL interface (supported by many vehicles), here are the resources which describes the step-by-step procedure (basic knowledge of electronics and some experience with soldering is required):
My choice was "Startrek" USB interface because of its simplicity and broad availability of the components (they are cheap too). Didn't tested yet (on my Alfa 155), but soon will and send you a feedback.

I have problem with SDNC in DAS Xentry 03/2011 as it pops in a task bar but does not open configuration windows when I click. SDNC task bar color is all red . from what in read in previous thread I may need working SDNC folder from original c3w system or whatever system thats working

I have bought Mb star c3 from china, it work well on some model of mercedes, not good on others.
I want to repair it by my self, need somme assistance from you please.
will show u here some symptom of this fault problem:
-The value of real voltage displayed on top right of DAS screen was 20-30 volts (real value must be 12 volts).
-while quick test on the model w203 and w230 the das can't comunicate with ezs, it display "!'.
-under xentry, impossible to connect to w204.
-never tested on other mb w212.
I tested my das on vito, sprinter worked well!!!!

I have galletto 1260 and I installed it and drivers.
When I Open the program and connect it to my golf 4 1.9 tdi and clicked on ECU data it give me error "changing speed error".
Does anybody know What is my problem and how to slove problem.

I copied EOBD2 folder to s disk and sucessful instaled drivers and it give me same error .

I have here a little bit older ECU 8D0 907 557 HX/0 261 203 940-Audi A4 1.6 petrol with immobox 4A0 953 234. I need to switch immo off. Should I read eprom SO8 or flash eprom? I am not sure which eprom i should read.
There are two eproms SO8: B58085-ST9440 a B58283
And flash is: TI -15FMT B 58 331 547. I suppose it is 27C010.
Does anybody know how to change the proper dump?
