I bought a second hand Autocom Trucks CDP+.All was going fine till I format my laptop.Then,when I'm going to install the soft,I realise that I lost the"PRODUCT ID PC"for trucks which is a code among 3 others.
This code does never change.For example the"PRODUCT ID PC"for cars is
always:"a-710-142".For the trucks something very similar to this.
Please can someone help me cause I don't see the seller anymore to get it from him.

I have a x431 diagun and for the most part works great but...
When trying to change settings in a saab 9-5 twice module, for example:
Change number of horn chirps upon unlocking of car, it's stuck on 0 and when i try to select a number, say 2 for example the screen refreshes about every second back to 0 before I can program the new settings.
It seems like the diagun auto refreshes every second and every time it refreshes it puts my setting back to 0
I am trying to deactivate the seat belt warning buzzer on a Facelift W211.
The function has been removed from the (Customer-specific) section, and I can't find the right function in dev mode.

Hi to all,I recently bought Autocom CDP Pro Compact Diagnostic Partner (china clone)and does not work in certain machines as eg BMW 530 d at all,and the car is ok, I got into it with other diagnosis machines.Something like this has happened to someone of you?,please help me whith this problem.I proved it in a BMW 320 d and only entered into the engine, not enything else.Works in some cars and in others not, I got something wrong?Please help me.Thanks.
