First must install the EWA net, but from EPC or WIS dvds?
Could install them to Windows 7 64bit or not?

4. Run VAS-PC wait a little bit and then close it. Re-run it and then OK
5. Go to Administration and put your details on Workshop option for Menus ACTIVATION!

Exit from VAS-PC...
6. Run - Install the PATCH 18.01.00 Base CD (7.2010)
7. Reboot your machine
8. Re-Run Re-Install VAG VAS-PC HotFix For Version 18.00
9. Run - Install the PATCH 18.01.01 Base CD (8.2010)
10. Run now finally VAS-PC
11. Now, install ALL the Brand CD's from Administration and from Update Option
TIP-HINT:
1st off all DISABLE your NATIVE CD-DVD Rom (from Control Panel...) and then create Virtual DVD for mounting!

I was able to get a solid install of 01.2011 and it seems to work with the mux etc...The DAS key is a developer key and won't expire thanks to the
help of the posts and files from the helpful and friendly members.
However I do not think Xentry installed. There was no Xentry icon on the
desktop after the install. There is an Xentry folder in the right place
with lots of data.
So the question is how do I know if Xentry is installed? If it is I know it is
not activated, because I was not able to get the key to take in Starutils.
Just looking for clues and I did do a search before I posted.
