I have one challenge,
Opel Zafira 1.9 CDTI 120HP Z19DT 2006 with cold start issues.
New starter, camshaft sensor, battery.
Injectors, HP pump, HP regulator.
New glow plugs, glow plug relay.
Soft mod for EGR and DPF off.
EGR with blanking plate.

MPPS v22 clone used for read.
The car is mine and after many attempts to find the root cause I started to investigate also potential software issues.
On >10° no issues.
On <10° cranking is long (6-7 sec) and after ignition with a lot of white smoke with unburned fuel.
Literally 1° leads to significant difference in the cranking behaviour.
On <10° with unplugged coolant temp sensor the cranking is OK.
Is there such thing as cold start map that could interfere with the cold start?
I have a problem with Citroen C5 with 2.0hdi and Delphi dcm3.5 ECU. I can't make configuration on this ECU (I want to make cruise control work again).
Car starts normally without any problems.
I virginized and matched the ECU to bsi few times and still can't make any changes. It doesn't see configuration even transmission types and other (they're just blank).
ECU was good virginized (on live data it was marked as after sales status and there's wasn't any problems with synchronization, matching to BSI)
And when It's matched - it's unlocked and no problems with synchronization to bsi - on live data so that's ok.
Have you any ideas how to make any changes in configuration? I don't know maybe flash is bad
And I don't have lexia, I used cheap autel ds808.
And I saw somebody had opened the ECU before me.
Have Upraded 3.0 Engine with other Turbocharger ( before BV50 and now GTB2260Vk).
Someone has expirience with good Tune for this Setup?
Actuator is from BV50 , works perfect no DTC .
Also egr , dpf and flaps off needed.
Someone can help?

i readed eeprom of johnson control cluster via programmer but i think the eeprom corrupted bcause when i sold the eeprom on cluster and turn on the cluster on bench the display shows eeprom conflict erprom version 00 needed version 19
can anyone check the file if its okay or not and if its not what can i do to slove this.
Hello, i am looking for some help to repair some modules PSG16 with certain errors like P1632, P1634, P0604...That cannot dissaper even after replacing transistor or reprogramming with sps!
Does someone know if those errors are repairable or not?
For example i have one module that looks brand new but it has P1632 and P0606 and the car does not start!
P1630,P1631=repairable
P0335,P0340-reparable
P1634=reparable
P0149-repairable only if the valve is damaged,if in the ecu not repairable
