"Connection to the online systems cannot be established. A timeout has occured.

I beleive this is because I have no internet connection but how do proceed with offline programming? I am new to Xentry but learning fast! Just need to get my head around the offline tan coding.
My hardware is the Xentry image 2014 downloaded with a DellD630. I have the same problerm with my VM machine too, that is Xentry 2013.09.
