Hello MHH members.
Before creating a new thread i always make sure to read everywhere for my problem but i cannot find a answer for my problem.
I bought a C4 clone from china (700USD)
I tried it with many versions like 03/2013 03/2012 07/2012 and its the same.
It connects with everything and i can test every car with Xentry and DAS but time after time(lets say 15-30 minutes) the connection drops and reconects after 10 Seconds. I notice that it has no comunication because i cant see the Voltage and also the ignition status. After 10 seconds everything goes back to place.....
With ITool Radar this is a great tool to check the status of your ICOM, GT1, or OP(P)S...
Reserved/Not reserved, I.P address, Serial Number, MAC address, ICOM Firmware, also to be used with INPA and E-SYS as the ICOM must be reserved in order to be used with these tools.
Installation directory must be c:\program files just copy the directory to here. Also make sure Java is installed and updated.
No passwords... just a link directly to my Google Drive. Please give thanks and REP+ if you are feeling kind today Greatly appreciate it.
PC Specs: Windows OS (including 7 and 8)
x86 or x64 bit systems.
I have not tested with MAC as I am not a MAC user but if anybody can post feedback for MAC it will be greatly appreciated by many members =============================================================================================== Note:
This is a base install of BMW Standard Tools 2.12. INPA, WinKFP, and NCSExpert will be incomplete. After installation of BST 212 you will need to build from here. Below are instructions I made up on the fly. If I made a mistake or missed a step or have something to add let me know and I will make the appropriate changes. Cheers!! =============================================================================================== Helpful links:

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL!!
STEP 1: INSTALLING BMW STANDARD TOOLS
Download and install BST 212 from this thread.
Since BST (BMW Standard Tools) was designed for Win XP 32bit operating systems users have faced issues with tools like WinKFP and NCSExpert since Win 7 64bit systems have been introduced. Running in XP compatibility mode just wasn't enough. Presenting you with several errors or not running at all. Only solution was to install on a XP system or like me... XP VMware. Well that all changed with BST 2.12 which works on 32 or 64bit systems. WIN 7/8, 32/64bit OS =============================================================================================== STEP 2: INSTALLING INPA(will need it after coding certain modules such as DME for CAS or EWS Alignment)
Download and install my version of INPA 5.06 with Fxx Support by simply replacing the existing folders with the folders provided in the INPA I send you (request by PM only):
Download and install NCSEXPER32_ENG.zip attached to this post.
Copy and replace contents in the .zip file with contents in C:\NCSEXPER\BIN. Now NSCExpert is in English but you will find the Hot Keys do not work. This is a bug a fellow MHH member discovered and haven't really worked on trying to fix it so for the time being just click on the F# key with your mouse.
Not done yet with NCSExpert. Need to import profiles to NCSExpert. How? well download the PFL.zip and copy and replace all contents from PFL.zip to [b]C:\NCSExpert\PFL. (you will also find a lot more PFL's by searching for NCSExpert profiles in Google)
Now you have a working WinKFP and NCSExpert with profiles loaded on your PC we can continue to Step 4. ===============================================================================================
Configure your DCAN/INPA cable. If you followed my steps correctly than your EDIABAS should already be configured to STD:OBD for use with the INPA cable. If not you can download ediabas-konfigurator from here if it is not already in your C:\EDIABAS\Ediabas-Konfigurator folder. This tool allows you to easily change the ediabas.ini to your desired interface. So if you are switching from INPA to E-Sys you could use this to switch from STD:OBD to ENET.
Now to set your COM Port we must first find which COM port is being used for your cable.
Connect your cable to your PC (some may require a 12v supply to power the cable)
Allow the device drivers to install (for best driver use the driver that came with your cable. If not then let windows install the best suitable driver for it) Navigate to Control Panel, Device Manager, and scroll to Ports (COM & LPT)... see pic bellow
So in my case it's COM5. So we need to change this in the obd.ini file located in the c:\ediabas\bin folder. But first lets make some changes to the cable.
Right click on your INPA cable driver for example mine is labelled "USB Serial Port" and click on properties. Now in the property window click on the advanced tab.
Now every driver is different but the important part is the settings such as latency timer and received and transmit bytes. See pic bellow for the ideal settings. You may also change the COM port number here as well for tutorial I left it at 5. Once your changes are done we can proceed by clicking OK to accept the changes. No close all windows to return to the desktop.
=============================================================================================== STEP 5: CHANGING THE OBD.INI
Navigate to C:\EDIABAS\BIN and find file obd.ini and open it with an editor such as notepad.
First 3 lines will look like this...
[OBD]
Port=Com1
Hardware=USB
So we need to change the Port to reflect our INPA cable which in our case is COM port 5. So change it to look like this...
[OBD]
Port=Com5
Hardware=USB
When done click File -> Save and exit out.
Very important to remember which USB port you connected your cable to as plugging it into a different USB port will allocate the INPA cable to a different COM port and neither tool will see the cable until the original USB port is used again or changed in device manager and obd.ini as mentioned above.
Now to test if your cable installed correctly. Plug it into the vehicle's OBD port and open INPA. You should look like this...
If not follow the above steps again and correct your error. =============================================================================================== STEP 6: SPDATEN FILES
Download and install SPDaten files of your choice (always recommend the latest) in this case it is 50.2 until I finish zipping and upload SPDatens 51.0 and upload it to share. Once downloaded you can now follow the instructions provided bellow labelled "How_to_start_WinKFP.pdf" this will explain how to import the SPDaten files to WinKFP.
**EDITED 10-12-2013**
For NCSExpert to install or update the daten files, copy the files from SP-daten-E##\daten to the C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\E##\ (where E## is whatever chassis you're updating). You will also want to copy the files from SP-daten-E##\SGDAT to C:\NCSEXPER\SGDAT (they're not separated into different chassis in NCS Expert, so you just want to copy and paste everything to that directory. Overwrite everything it asks about). Then copy the files from SP-daten-E##\ECU to C:\EDIABAS\ECU
Thanks to Toasterfires for his time, effort, and contribution with this addition to my instructions which I had missed .
After copying the daten files to c:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\E## copy the following files to the following locations:
copy C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\E##\*.000 C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\
copy C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\E##\*.DAT C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\
copy C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\E##\*.ASC C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\
That's it guys... You should now have a fully operating PC with the latest BMW Standard Tools and programming/coding files. I also posted some documents to the thread as well in case you are unsure or if my instructions were unclear. Enjoy

THERE IS NO TOKEN INCLUDED!! Simply an upgrade or a new install of E-SYS for users that already have a token. Tokens for 3.22.5 or later will work with this version of E-SYS but make sure you install the patch correctly or you will be faced with several errors including FDL or token not valid. If you do not have a token you may PM me and I will provide with further details to obtain one.
All instructions are included in the archive including patch, cheat sheets, and coding documentation. Please read it carefully before PMing me or leaving replies that it's not working. It has been tested and working!! I have coded several F-series using it
For those who require a token... unfortunately they are not free at the moment but PM me and I will send you the details on how to obtain one.
I'd like to thank everybody ahead of time who take the time to give thanks and REP+ I greatly appreciate your continued support.
Firmware for ICOMA or ICOMA2: ICOM-ApplicationImage-01-33-00.bin
ICOM-BootImage-01-20-00.bin
All uploaded firmware has been tested and confirmed working by me Works with both ICOM Genuine and ICOM Clone. Beware flashing your Genuine ICOM with this firmware may or may not disable WiFi in your ICOM.
Guys... although I have tested both and both work perfectly. Please flash at your own risk guys... please don't give give me negative REP or leave nasty comments because your ICOM is now a paper weight. Flashing is always risky so I advise you do not do it unless you have to. Enjoy and good luck.
For use with ISTA/P for conversions that require I-BAC codes. Don't mistake this for an FSC activation tool for NAV retrofits or SVS activation and etc. Enjoy and use at your own risk!!
What are NF Order codes you ask? Well it is a list of all the conversions that can be performed with ISTA/P that require an I-Bac order code (activation). Each conversion has a different code so for example...
"Conversion, activate damp gearshift jolt - Code 003D" you than take the 003D enter it in IBAC generator along with a VIN
Again... direct link to my account which I pay monthly to keep these links active so please all I ask is if you find this useful just give me a quick thanks and REP+
My friend in preperation wants me to calibrate his injectors with new nozzles. But since I have not done this before how do I go about it? Do I have to lower the degrees in the duration maps as they will flow 80% more fuel or leave maps as stock?

Heya all
I have a 2005ish Honda Odyssey, was broken into and attempted stolen
They replaced Ign switch, had the locksmith take the IMMO box away & code in a key - Great!! Ran for three days and now won't go.....
Key light flashes constantly & smart key light stays on. Keeps on coming up with fault codes - B1602 Honda smart key ECU EEPROM error + B1642 EXTOUT1 (LF1) circuit open/short
The car came to me with the swaped interior. Now there is the problem with the Comand ntg 4.5. I swap SAM Front with the same Vin number (the vin number in the swapped SAM was not changed by me but by other workshop after which I got the car from because they did not manage to cope with this car)the Comand says: „anti-theft protection is active”. On the original SAM F, Comand works fine(however after the RHD TO LHD swap there is the problem with windows and indicators). So the easiest way would be to recode SAM F from RHD to LHD i don't know if it is possible so I have to put other SAM F (from LHD car) and that is why there is the problem with Comand. I'm not sure if the VIN in the swapped SAM was changed correctly(actual values in ZGW wich is in SAM F does not see the primay VIN, is sees only the actual VIN wchih is supposedly correct) so it might be the problem. Does the Comand needs somethiong more? I know it would be easier to recode SAM from RHD to LHD but in my opinion it is impossible without SCN... What do you think?
I updated my INPA 5.06 with F-Series support. I took members requests and feedback and added certain modules missing and fixed what I could and had time for with this revision. Please be aware there are still some bugs. Some content may not work. However for the most part it does work!! Please report any bugs to me and I will fix what I can and reupload a new image.
