Hi, I would like to get some literature on the light vehicles' control - electronic control of components, vacuum control (like for EGR or turbochargers) etc. It would be perfect to get some literature with pictures, oscilograms etc. Is there some manual like this that you could recommend ? I am not stuck to one brand or manufacturer, but I would prefer some instructions with concrete models. Also, I would appreciate if you could recommend also a printed book (it may be an original Haynes manual or similar, that I could purchase from amazon or similar - I wouldn't mind spending money on it) - I want to increase my qualification in engine controls. Today I am only repairing mechanics of the engines, but this is not enough any more - and I want to get better... Please do not offer manuals for engine mechanics, I am currently only interested in troubleshooting the control and the fuel systems of the engines. Thanks in advance for any advises.

you just have to know your security code wich is placed sideway on the radio and is 4 digits long (for example X123). you have to pull it out for this. if not having special tools just take some nails!
done this by myself and it worked perfect!

Data Explorer Manager is a useful software which provides important tools and information for cars ECU:
1- ECU decoding, to disable the immobilizer system (IMMO OFF) for different cars made/models, you only need to read bin or flash file from car's ECU (EEPROM or MCU) by using a serial programmer (UPA-USB prog, X-Prog,….etc) then, run Data explorer manager, select the correct car made/model/ECU ID then open up the saved bin file, click decode button to disable the immobilizer system, save the decoded file to write it back to the ECU EEPROM to get immo off for this car.

3- Also use it to manage your important files and programs and link them to data explorer manager for easy accessing and data exploring.
4- Also it has nice map editor. For viewing ECU maps files and other bin or flash files.

I checked the ECU status: ECU Locked
I programmed new Key and everything went fine.
Again by checking the ECU status I found it Locked.

I have a problem with boost pressure on 04' 3.0TDI. After few kilometers 1-2km, car limits rpm to 3k, glow plug light starts to flash and DTC is detected:

DTC can't be deleted, even if car is not running. Engine pulls only when it's cold, after maybe 1-2km DTC is thrown and than rpm limit kicks in and lack of power is result. Already changed G31 MAP sensor but problem didn't go away. ECU is not remapped. There are no leaks on pipes. According to VCDS blocks MAF also works fine. Also made a log with VCDS, where I marked some blocks and wrote comments. If anybody has a clue please comment
Hi there friends . lately i was trying to update my diagun and i make a big problem . nothing works now because i delete the program inside and try to put other one that is not compatible with my serial number . after that i was looking for my diagun pass and dealer code but nothing find (the diagun is clone) . i find only the serial number that is 980540034800 . . . any luck anyone having this software that is compatible with my serial ??? i need your help mhh friends

You can update the keygen so you dont ever download any HW keygen for autocom. You just go in File/Update licence and is updated.
When a new release comes out, (2013.3) you just update the keygen and you have all keys for that released :-)

my upd is in 161000 km
my eeprom is in 300000km
i do a correction with tachosoft but without sucess my dash after a moments show only 300000km and it's going off.

my processor is in 160000 km
my eeprom is in 300000 km
i do a correction in eeprom with tachosoft but now the odometre switch on and show 300000 km and after a some minute i dont see anything in dashbord all is off.
i post all the dump here maybe someone can help me and make the dump same the value
