I have installed autocom 2.13.1 but now im facing a problem...tried generic obd on octavia 2 (2005) and does not work...and i can diagnose all modules using "normal procedure"???

Hi I've fitted a new aftermarket dpf to a 2007 crafter and then read the system with vcds and found that it still had a reading of 84% blocked so suspected the dpf pressure sensor may be at fault so replaced that with main dealer part and still got 84% blocked so I cannot do a forced regen to lower this level to get it out of limp mode. has anyone got any ideas please.
I have ak 500 key programmer ,and i have been using it several day,but now i want to use it,and it power on but can not be detected in computer,i tried to change cable,also i tried to re-install the program still nothing.
