The speedometer of my C5 II show 14 km/h too low. Does anyone know how to correct.

I need your help. I have bought on internet a Merceded Comand NTG 2.5 (GPS with HDD) and i want to install it on MB B-class (W245).
When i install it on my car, and i have started the unit, the unit auto protection are activated. So, i can't use the unit.
How can i bypass this protection?

I have tried to contact the seller, but no answer.

I'am in France Paris, so any advice, help are welcome.

During the first time you see the APPID 252 Error at the installation. Please don't press continued at this time. Looking the c:\document and settings\star\local settings\Temp\ and search the commonlic.dll and replace it with the commonlic.dll with attached one. You can continued the DAS installation now.

1. Uninstall previous version of Renault CAN-Clip if you have

I have a 307 1.6 HDi 110, 2006 model.
Now the Air Doser/butterfly double metering device, call it what you want is making a loud rattle on idle/tick over, i think its one of the flaps inside.

Does anyone know of a fix for this as peugeot want £217 + VAT for a new one?

Is it a common issue? Its not something i've seen before.


It also has injector blow by, if i break the old injector removing it do new ones need coding? if so am i able to do so on patched version of diagbox?

Hi,

I've sent my car for repair (not a Peugeot Garage)
because the additive tank cable was damaged (electrical
cable) and I had acceleration problems between 2000 and 2800 rpm.
The car was like "dead" and very long to speed up from
2000 rpm to 2800 rpm, after 2800 rpm the engine
runs very fine indeed.

After 3 weeks between home and garage the problem
is not yet fixed.

They replaced the FAP additive tank electric cable
and told me they needed to force the
FAP regeneration.

They did that forced regeneration and cleared the error messages with their diag tool.

I got my car back, it worked great 2 or 3 days then
the 2000-2800 rpm problem is back again.

In the meantime I put my hand on d-i-a-g-b-o-x
and a lexia cable so ...and put my car into diag... there is a fault about the FAP additive pump.

The exact error message is :
Diesel Fuel Additive Pump control Unit
Diesel additive pump - Open Circuit.

For me it means that there is a trouble with the additive
tank pump (it seems that this is a small pump inside
the additive tank)... but how to handle this (change the pump ? change the additive tank + pump, considering
the product inside is dangerous ?)

I have the project to fully remove/neutralize the FAP
from this car as it is getting old (171000 km) and
not worth spending on a FAP replacement procedure by
the way.

Any ideas, suggestions are welcomed.
