After installing all the applications and restart the laptop, I am connecting the diagnostic head which I have the following problem:

in Device Manager I need a driver for USB 10/100 LAN......

I am using WIN XP Pro SP3

Did anyone has any idea how to find this driver.....

And also when i access any program it cannot find the diagnostic head because of this problem...

Any ideas???

I have Actia Multi Diag I-2010 version (19.09). clone.

I am limited to the cars I can use this tool with. For example, it does not do much Japanese cars like Mazda , Toyota Nissan etc. Only option appears for them is VIVID as I have VIVID installed.

Today I tried to plug into a OPEL COMBO and it does not work on Combo.

It does work good on Merc, Citroen and Renault but how do I activate all the other makes and models listed?

Is there a way to do this?

Is that normal?? It shouldn't be numbers....or is O is because is a virtual disk....

Today I have to help out a neighbour and replace his BSI unit (faulty) with a brand new BSI unit.

I have Peugeot Planet Lexia.

Has anybody done this before? When I plug the new BSI in I need to program the VIN number,, what else I need to do apart from select all the options such as electric windows etc..

It is a 2006 Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDI.

Do I need to PIN TO VIN code to complete the job?

Some instructions from somebody that done this before will help! I tried google but done see much apart from Bring it to your Dealer!!

Hi Bro,

I have update my old WIS standalone from 07/2010 to 05/2011.
However, I cannot open the WIS from DAS now.

For open the WIS standalone is no problem.

It is much convenience for me to open the WIS from DAS as I don't need to search the specific document manually.

Anybody can help me?

Hello, I installed the Xentry 5.2011 and it does not works only with the Keymaker. There is always the message save failed.
My hardware ID is AppID 5BB5A44249D7 and App ID-252
Have now been several attempts Keymaker but it does not work. Can someone please help me?

Good morning!

I am expecting my SL500 7/2003 arriving soon.
It is an US-Model imported to Europe by me.

I am wondering how I can modify the Comand-US firmware to ECE-Version.
I already bought the Update-CD and it contains both, ECE and US Version.
Does anyone know, how to force the COMAND accepting the different version?
I read a lot about the Service Menu, that reads out something but cannot be altered but there seems to be no Engineering Menu for the old Comand.
I have DAS 3.2001 Developer. Has anyone tried this before and has been successful?
I already looked in DAS Sim (because the car is not yet here), but I couldn't find teh right variant options :-/

I would appreciate any help and something like a tutorial ;-)!

Hey Folks !
When I am installing WIS/EPC 4.2011 a problem appears that I cannot solve.

When the installation dialogue comes up, all Buttons and Symbols are no longer Symbols but labled like "BUTTON_ACCEPT" ore something similar.
Same problem when opening EWA Admin Tool!

Does anyone have a clue, how to fix that?
