Was performing quick test and erasing fault codes on 2012 R172 and at the end of the session I see that the Instrument Cluster and Comand Display are now on a language other then English. Appears to be Spanish or Italian ???

Can someone point me to the location of this setting ??

Or do I start learning this new language !!!!

hello EGS mercedes e270 is spoiled. water burn it. I got a used one. but the reference is different. I put the eeprom 95320 EGS that was defective in other EGS got that. I can now make a diagnosis but has a fault. "P200A EGS defective".
the car runs well but sometimes the changes do not enter threads and Automatic is but the 2nd gear.
no way to program the EGS used. swap the eeprom is no solution. what can I do ?? ....

can anyone tell me if it is possible to immo off Mercedes MSA 15.1 think the chip is 24C02 mask B57669. i cannot get the chip to read it keeps saying Time out error at address: 0 / 0h on my BAtronix

I am using the 24c02 generic protocol as i cannot identify the manufacture of the chip

Hi
I have a problem with reprogramming this ECU. Just started using carprog ( Clone ).
I have reprogrammed a couple before, but can't seem to do this one.

The problem I have is not being able to reprogam the data from the original to the replacement. If I type the VIN from the original in to the replacement & click change VIN it looks like its changes but when I rear the data again it hasn't changed.
We don't have the car here, as we are helping another garage.

Both file atttched - VIN WOLOAHL4868075077 is the original & I need its details on the replacement.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
