Hi guys just tried my Galletto v54 out on this astra and read the ecu its had the EGR Removed from it all I have done is read it with the Galletto if someone can kindly check if its read ok and EGR is definitely removed please

also what software would you guys recommend for Vauxhall EGR removal ?

Hi Guys,

I have replaced a faulty DSG 7 dq200 gearbox with a used one complete with mechatronic.

I have tried to make adaptation with VAG COM, Autocm, Bosch Esi all with same
result. It aborts the process after about 5 seconds.

The gearbox is not showing up any fault codes, when trying Drive or Reverse nothing happens no sound no movement.

Fault code in VAG COM when starting adaptation is 255 - 100 , " Kupwegrampe Kup_zu K1 timeout" Dont know what that means

Anyone have similar problems? The car is a Passat 2010 1,4 TSI.

Am i supposed to make a coding with the new car to make it work or should it work without coding?

Maybe fault in new gearbox it is a second hand but with warranty and was supposedly been tested.

hi all
i have a volkswagen passat 2002 year, this car has acces abs light and error is 01435 brake pressure sensor g201, i change this sensor and also change brake light swich, when i change brake light swich , the light swich off for 10 min , and now is light onn and the error is present.

Hi guys!

A client call me a few days ago after he switch the battery with a new one - Skoda Fabia. The problem is that he also switch the battery connections.
Obviously the car didn't start anymore since...
After replacing one dead relay and the main fuse - which were blown... the only culprit remain the ECU.
After checking all the "normal" components -diodes, condensers,resistors, voltage reg..etc... my knowledge and tools stop at the logic IC's,controllers and CPU - (i promise I'll buy an ossciloscope for this ).

Anyone has encountered something similar? or anyone manage to repair an ECU after a reversed polarity like this?

i have disconect batery to change it on a Bentley Continental mulliner from 1992, and now the Airbag ligth say on in red on the computer.

The car have a 48 round pin diagnostic plug, and i dont have the plugger to fit it, now how can i reset the airbag ligth??
