Hi all,
I have a Audi A6 2003 2.5 TDI 110kW and I changed the engine from the same car just with 135kW. The injection pump and ecu is from the old car, I changes only the engine. Bus now the car doesnt start, the starter runs, but no fuel is flowing. I wonder if the old ecu needs to be programmed with the new engine? Thanks all for the help in advance.

I'm trying for days to install xentry 11/2012.
Unfortunately without success.

I have a Dell 630 with fresh winxp sp3.
I use Newguide 2i
I run prepare.bat and stick to instructions.

I carry the keys in Starutilitis with Xentry developer.
Everything is accepted.

When I try to install xentry, start the computer and commonlic.dll is replaced.
After the installation is no longer possible. Error message: StartKey is invalid.

What am I doing wrong?

The central crashed and could not destravarpelo Diagbox, did a reset and the car ran, but the air conditioning stopped working.

Follow the file memory and M29F400BB 95160.

Gentlemen, I have recently upgraded from Xentry 11.2012 to 01.2013. I think it is working fine with my cloned SDconnect. However I have one very strange issue with it. When I do diagnose it gives me LOW VOLATGE warning. Red bar flashes on the top screen along with being sound. It says " low voltage 11.04V "even when the actual voltage is well above 12V (sometimes even 14V with charger connected or car running). I don’t know what could cause such a phenomenon. I checked the same SDconnect unit on a different system with Xentry 05.2012 and do not have the issue. So, I presume the SD is OK. Has any member experienced the same problem with 01.2013. I would be very, very grateful for some inputs on the matter. Thank you.

Anyone can offer a Damos for this car? Have one, but it's french language and this only with "shortcuts". Could be nice if anyone has idea about this ECU. Have here a fully made engine, now running on 320 hp with GT28 charger. If we run now over 1.1 bar, car goes in safe mode.
Some guys running same setup with 400+ (1.6 bar) - but none like to help...of course...

Has anybody experience of this on a 2010 R480 (Euro 5)? Can it be done simply in the software or do you have to do some mechanical jobs too?

I have an audi A4 tdi and it smokes lightly grey haze continously on idle and a lot more when accelerating mid part throttle almost as thick as when you set off a lot of fireworks.

It has the following parts/checks done.

-Belt and timing done
-dpf has previosuly been removed, I replaced it with an original file but it was the same if not a little worse so I put the one I removed from the car back on
- Camshaft has been replaced.
- Injectors were sent off to be refurbished
- Injector loom has been changed
- Coolant sensor has been changed

There are no error codes on the car and seems to drive well.

I am struggling to think of anything else to check now.

Anyone have something similar happen?

Hello all,
I have a 2005 Holden (Opel/Vauxhall) AH Astra and recently it has developed an unusual problem. This issue has happened 3 times, being driven in 3 different ways.

The first time, I was driving normally (Without using Cruise Control) and randomly the Check Engine Light came on.
Took it to my Holden Dealer and they checked the error log with the Tech2. the only error was a Throttle Position Sensor.

The second time, I was driving with the Cruise Control on at highway speed at night. I had turned the headlights from Low to High beam many times on this trip, and at one point when I turned the High Beams off, the cruise control shut off and the engine light came on. The car would not allow me to turn on the cruise control again until i Pulled over, turned the car off, removed the key, locked the car, unlocked the car, restarted the engine. Only then would it allow the Cruise Control to work again. for the rest of the drive it operated fine.

The third time, I was driving with the Cruise Control on at highway speed in the Day. Headlights were off, cruise control randomly shut off, check engine light came on. I pulled over, restarted the car in the manner i performed before, and it worked again.

I then took it to the Holden dealer, where they again checked the errors with the Tech2. "None recorded" the car did not have any errors in its log.

Either way, The dealer wants to replace the Indicator Stalk. and if that does not fix it, they then want to replace the entire control module.

Does this sound like the correct path to take to fix this issue, or could this problem be caused by something else?

how can I identify car license paper or car plate locations to engine codes ?

for example :

ford connect BHPA is 75 hp
ford connect HCPA is 90 hp

but I dont find any info on the car LICENSE PAPER for about engine code (in engine number or vin number) ???
