scenic 2005 dci, doesn't starts after pressing start button (only dashboard lights), I've checked the card using CLip and and it shows info - card recognized. Any idea what's going on?

After installation and activation I have some problems.
Each time when open software i got notice when new update is available.
Also to start working with car each time I need in the harware setup make the test for USB-port.
What should I do and how to solve this problem?

I found out that Tacho Pro/ Tacho Universal is quiet good and also Diga Consult should be OK
My Galletto dosn´t work.
I have made a new Win XP on my Laptop.
I have:
-install a new WIN XP Version SP2
-Copy the Files from the Galletto CD on D:
-plug the Hardware to USB and install the driver
-restart the machine
-i start eobd2 and it dosn´t work!!!
Its a german system and the error is:

1st vehicle was tuned up long time ago and it works wery vell.
2nd vehicle has a standard file with no mods.
Can upload file from the first vehicle to the second one using mpps.

How can check if the files will work in the different ecu?
Are the files protected somehow?
is there any way to tell if they will be ok for difrent vehicle by looking at the soft numbers?
i am trying to fit a used dde (ecu) part number 7801712 to a 2005 e91 330d. for some reason i can't get the isn from the cas, so what i would like to do is virgin the used ecu i have and try to code it to the car using my icom.
does anyone know how i can virgin this ecu?? , i have tried using bmw id editor but with no joy.
or does anyone have a virgin dump for the above ecu??
the old ecu is dead from heavy water damage, fried and corroded, so chip swapping is out of the question on this one.

I want to tune my car, a BMW 520d e39, 2000, and to increase the power to stage 1.
I pulled the original file from my ECU.
If anyone can help me, to modify the original file, I have written specifications below.
And another thing ... I want immo off as I only have one key, spare key chip does not work anymore. If it can be done...

Engine: 2000 cmc
Engine: diesel (M47 engine)
ECU Type: Bosch EDC15V
ECU Data (file read with Galletto 1260 interface):
I mention that I tried to open the *.bin file with WinOLS 2.24, but It didn't find the checksum. It needs OLS220 module.
I still managed to open it with WinOLS 1.7 which has OLS220 module.
