Hi there, I am trying to solve an issue on my Toyota Rav4 2008 T180 2AD-FHV in which is seems to go into a low power mode after a short while of driving but the EML does not show thus no DTC, I suspect someone has done a bad job of mapping the EGR out on it in the past. I say this because when you unplug the controller for the EGR it shows no EML, when it is suppose to.
Ive hit a bit of a wall with trying to run the Calibration Update Wizard to reflash the software from 89663-42244 (SWUPG - 34224400) with the 42246 CUW which i believe is the latest...
Error while communicating with the vehicle - shows after i hit the next button after selecting my device tool, which is the Xhorse-MVCI. I have the bonnet up and a charger showing ~12.6V but it cannot communicate with the vehicle through the CUW even though TIS works perfectly.
Is there a work around for this ? Or is it because im using a cheap ebay special MVCI. Alternatively is there any other software i can use with this interface to read and write my toyota ecu...?

Hi guys, I have a problem electric steering lock on a B Class W245. After changing the generator, no function ELV. Mechanical failure, no ignition and no start. I have converted ELV, EZS and ECU and KI from a scrap car. Car works, airbag stg I still have to replace because of VIN. Can I change the VIN from the SPC? Without damaging personalization? Can I change the odometer reading? Donor old taxi so 550tkm Original car has 278tkm possibly KI imagine? Vin has to be changed because of general inspection or emission test in Germany. Or repair ELV possible? Can the Stg Vin airbag be changed? Would be easier than conversion, maybe someone has a helpful tip. Greetings to all helpers

Someone here who can properly disable immo on vw med17.5.20, tried one solution on eeprom, engine stars but "Immobilizer active" remains on dash. After searching a little bit here, there is a way to disable without immo message on dash. Maybe in flash too? Cluster have keys adapted but intermittent communication issue ..

It should have a stage 1, egr dpf adblue off.
Please share everyones thoughts on the tune.
This is not my tune so feel free to say whatever. im just after others honest opinions on the "tune".
So far i came across hardware mentioned above that i think is quite affordable compared to autotuner or kess v3. If anyone is using one or another could you share your experienence with the tool and which one would you recommend.
