Found issue with overboost for audi a6 2.0tdi engine.
as MAP sensor probably is fitted with other measure values.
idle engine boost sensor value is 1100mbar
sensor code: 0281002401 038906051c
can be that sensor was putted not as it should ?
If its 3.0bar or etc possible fix it by mapping?
I owned various newer Benzes over the recent years. Back in 2020 i obtained an Allscanner VXDiag VCX set with Xentry 2020.
Up until now, i have been able to diagnose various W204, W205 and W212s perfectly fine.
Now i got a '02 W209 and for the first time i'm having issues.
I seem to only get a "valid" connection to some ecus. Engine and transmission for instance seems to work fine.
SRS however, i get various errors:
- Attachment 1: When selecting the SRS ecu, i get a warning saying sth like "ECU Variant unknown, only few diagnosis options available"
- Attachment 2: When i try to read current values, i get funny symbols instead of actual Values
- Attachment 3: Randomly this error messages pops up which says like "Internal Error. Communication-Software-Fault"
My W204 still works fine with the same setup tho. Anybody has an idea what could be the issue here?
First i thought i may have a faulty can line, but this would cause the car to throw various errors right?
Because there are no issues with the car whatsoever.

after i switch on ignition hybrid is active and after 20-25sec car try to start thermic engine but not successful (it is like i try to start the engine but in 1s during start i cut of) and red stop on dash
and all the intermittent errors are back
hybrid ecu was taken from an 508RHX
if i keep ignition more the thermic engine start but i have red stop on dash
We changed 1.2 puretech engine but with other color dipstick, engine number is the same...
Now we get fault codes on fuel pressure.
Is it possible to change this in coding or mapping or does anyone has a solution for this?
We are not the only one with this problem, but i can't seem to find a solution..

I have Clio 4 that has broken sync ECU-BCM because of bad battery connection.
I have Renolink ver 2.02
I go to BCM>Parts Pairing>After sales ECM pairing
I see that ECM is Blank and below I have to put After Sales Code, next remove card and press Enter ECM After Sales Mode button.
Question is - After Sales Code - what is it? PIN? ISK?
I have readed PIN and ISK code from BCM.
I tryed that codes but ECU is still Blank.
