I have here Megane 4 from 2016 1.5DCI with broken UPC 284B66727R N1 (always ignition ON untill you remove battery connection and don't crank and no CAN communication).
I have bought used UPC with same numbers and now I am trying to clone it.I found JTAG pinout with help of datasheet (it is not so hard there is even JTAG connection on PCB).I have done a lot of SPC560xxx from airbags (and other modules) with Jlink but can not connect with this UPC (I don't know what I am doing wrong,check connections,check Jlink MCU type...).Tomorrow will try with Xprog.
So someone who done this job please can you help me here with advice what tool you have used to clone UPC from newer Renault car with SPC560B50L3?

Hello, I have a 2011 Corvette and im having a really hard time correcting the Milage on the new cluster i bought off ebay. The seller said it had 114k Miles but ive tried using TACHOSOFT to figure it out but cant find the odometer value. I have attached the 16 Bit dump off of eeprom 93c76WP could someone please help me adjust it to 22369 Miles.
If possible if you could tell me which lines it was in and bytes so hopefully i can learn and find it myself. Thank you for your help!
I crashed my CAR. Gearbox and mechatronic had gone. My automechanic changed every thing and it faild three times. So I dont trust him anymore.

I checked the accumulator and it works well. So I guess the problem was the TCU because the incompatobility between the software and hardware.
Then I bought a new chinese TCU 0AM 927 769 G.
I cloned it. and it doenst work anymore XD. I tried to set the basic settings using VCDS. but it never finish after 1 hour...

I have a problem with a one 2.4 JTDm 200cv, i make a stage 1 all good no safes, nothing, but the car when accelerating full throttle, the turbo oscillating, like the vnt open and close all the time, someone told me this happens a lot to thins engines, someone can help me with that, to know what parameters I need to change…
The car have dpf off, egr off, flaps off, cats off, straight exhaust, map 4 bars
I upgraded my BCMFA2 to variant R24 as I was had some battery issues and the module wouldn't go to sleep. The new software solved the issue, as Xentry suggested.
But ever since I get the following error in HVAC177:
B1ED128 "The humidity/temperature sensor has a malfunction. The signal offset is outside the permissible range"
The Rain/Light sensor works just fine. I've removed it, cleaned it, applied new gel and re-adapted it. Works as good as it always did.
Xentry advises you to troubleshoot more in the VCS177 module, but there are no errors to troubleshoot in the Rain/Light sensor. It also checks if another two fault codes are present (whether there is a signal etc) but those are not.
The error above goes away if I reset the HVAC177. It only comes up after the car goes to deep sleep. If I just turn off ignition and then on again it does not come up.
I've studied a bit in OTX Studio and seems this error code is new from variant coding R24 and upwards.
Any ideas what this could be?

The problem was down to bad timings in the firmware. I found an even newer version of the BCMFA2 firmware (HVAC177 is integrated into BCMFA2) version 222801 SW No. 2479021516 coding variant R27 and flashed it. Now problem is gone
Hi! Anyone can give an advice how to adapt instrument cluster without having oryginal one? Currently ive done virgin so miles and ssid are clear. But stil - - - - - , no miles… I have stardiagnoze, also other tools. Anyone can give me advice wich module, how I can extract correct ssid to inject in cluster eeprom?
Is ssid is exacly same in other modules or its somehow cyrpted to match modules?

I am new into this. My instrument cluster was reading 19820 miles. I used EEPROM reader SP200S Programmer to read the dump file. After I removed the chip and installed it back to my dash and now it is showing 131 miles and the fuel gauge is only one bar on a full tank. Can anyone help please? I have attached the dump file here.
I'm looking to buy a tool for newer ford models, for example a 2019 Ford Focus is recently giving me a headache, because I want to do tcm adaptation on it, but it's proving to be an impossible task. I have both a clone ford vcm 1 and a vcm 2 (vcm 2 is a 2 board version, only works with v86 firmware though), but neither can do this. The option is simply not available in my ids if I install with the windows backup/restore method, if I try the patch method I always get an error during installation, guess my vcm 2 clone is bad? So I'm looking into buying a new tool, but I'm really confused now....I read vcm 2 is best option, but it's a lottery whether you find a good quality clone or not....any advice? Is it even possible to do adaptation/learning/etc on these cars at all or only with oem tool with online access now?
