Hi,
patient A4 2015 2.0 TFSI CNC 230HP.
the problem is the lack of negative pressure to the intake manifold flaps.
the vacuum is obtained from the air filter hose and should appear at 3 rpm. unfortunately it does not.
all pipes are tight and the engine does not produce negative pressure.

please help what could be the cause.

Hi all,

If you have seen my previous threads I rebuilt a OM642 powered 2008 E320 BlueTec after a runaway event that melted the internals.

I've put 20,000 miles (32,000km) since the rebuild and tune with zero issues. I decided to send in an oil sample to BlackStone Labs for a analysis. Everything looks good with the exception of the sodium levels present in the oil, which would mean the presence of trace coolant in the oil. 

What could cause that? Zero sign of any white smoke of sweet smell at any operating conditions. Coolant level has not changed since I initially bled the system, oil level does not rise in between oil changes. I replaced the oil cooler with a Mahle brand cooler during the rebuild, this engine does not have internal problems like the newer 4 cylinder diesel with internal leakage of the cooler?

Could it potentially be an additive in the MB spec oil for the DPF? My DPF & EGR is deleted so the additive might not be consumed as it should? I plan to switch to Rotella T6 5W-40 during my next oil change.

Any input?

Just wanted to share my experience with this car. The customer called me as he had this car with a lot of DTC in all modules after crash

Airbag ECU had crash removed by Autel but still no start

HVAC had DTC for not functioning because of crash (and i found some info about this online and the DTC goes away as soon as you start the car)

The car had the normal symptom from IMMO on VAG (start and then shuts)

To summarize, the eeprom of the ecu was corrupted, i believe because of the Battery fuse as it blows on crash and maybe someone was playing with some booster or stuff like that

Hi, I bought Citroen Berlingo Multispace 1,6 HDi 2017. 

Problem is that in car is only dash + key, there is no ECU and BSI. I checked parts catalogue and I have parts numbers of ECU (there are two numbers 1613645480, and 1677612380) i googled those numbers and I found two BOSCH numbers 0281034189 and 0281032456, but which one is correct? 

The same thing with BSI - catalogue says 1613583780 and 1663366980 (second one has indication "ESD" whatever it is), after googleing i found 3 numbers: 981218948000, 981218948001 and 981218948002 (but which one exactly)

First question is - can anyone tell me what exact numbers of ECU and BSI are correct?

Secondary: I have tool to read and write BSI eeprom - to make it virgin and code it with Diagbox is it enough to make all bytes "FF" ?

Third: I plan to buy used ECU and pay someone to make it virgin and code it with Diagbox, is it possible?

I have normal forscan with extended license but when I try it says I need paid license so I'm confused because isn't a extended license same as paid license?

Replaced engine. Now I have p2138 Pedal position sensor correlation a/b. Replaced pedal. Same thing. 1 sensor reads 0% the other reads 6% cant find anyway to relearn the fully released and fully depressed learned positions. Removed battery cable for hours. Tried to reset every parameter I could.
