I have a 2006 chevrolet cts and need to program the alarm control module "picks up the key signal around key barrel" and ive seen the pdf of how to program new keys to it. Now i also know that this is done with sps programming from online ac delco site as posted here in other threads.
Problem is that i had no diffs registering on the american site but in order to pay for any subscription it cannot verify the address as im not from the usa, canada or australia.
Can anyone help as to what i should do in order to purchase a subcription. I am based in the UK

i want to make installation autocom version 2013.1 on my computer ,but after i install the software , i open patch , C:\Program Files\Delphi Diagnostics\DS150E\ and i change like this C:/program files/Autocom/Cars CDP+ and it gives me error, it says could not overwrite to file "C:/program files/Autocom/Cars CDP+/Main.Exe"
please someone help me, what is wrong, what must i do?

i dont know if anyone else is having this problem but it seems on my system i cant add from estimator into the quotes.. its just shows up as blank. no matter what i check off.
my system is win7 64bit.
look at pic below.
ive tried unistall reboot.. deleting ondemand5 folder n temp files. then reinstalling same thing. so im thinking its a 64bit problem...
