Recently I've bought an IBM T30 to work with my genuine GT1 tester and I've encountered a network problem regarding setup a connection with these two. First of all I successfully installed DIS V57 native and unfortunately diagnostic head didn't showed up in 'Connection setup' or "Diagnostic head". I've thought is a network issue so I entered in terminal as root and tried to ping DH, no replay, also the LEDs from lan card were off. Tried with two newer laptops and I was able to ping in Windows XP and also got respose back. Also connected only with 10MB/s but I think is fine as it's using only few wires in ethernet plug. The cable and the head is okay. I installed XP back and plugged the cable and I've got "Network cable unplugged" . The only way to connect to DH is via a router, which leads me there is problem with crossover and straight cables? Is any differences between a clone and a genuine on network side? Also the ethernet card is working fine under XP connected to a router. Any ideea is appreciated.

I own a 2004 Mercedes A168 with automatic transmission (model 722.7).
The car transmission has started to make a clicking noise while driving at the time when transmission is switching from gear 2 to 3. The noise is similar to electric contactor switch that is not working. The noise disappears at higher gears or at lower gears. No noise when parked or neutral either.
The DAS Xentry suggests there is a fault with FGS, citing Y3/7n2, Y3/7n3 modules fault codes from #2000 through 2009. Other codes were 200B.
I have had the Y3/7n2 and 7n3 parts replaced, but the noise persists. DAS still identifies faults in the FGS module.
My questions:
1. What could this problem be and where should I look further?
2. If the problem is with the ECU module, can I program the module with DAS or do I need to have some other software?
3. Can I replace just the ECU module and would my transmission work with it or are the ECU modules programmed specifically for a VIN of the car?
Self cable and soft Galleto 1260, to today, I met only with EDC15C2 bosch ones can do just fine. But today I had a Siemens SID 801 Galleto load your controller but when I wanted to download a file. thrown error. Can you help? advice?
Hello. I have such problem. at the begining of installation das/xentry 11.2012 installation requires a key from xentry, I enter generating a developer but he says that the key invalid.then i go roots and change commonlic.dll file in a starutils folder and tick read-only ... I enter the key and everything is OK but at the start of installation a file commonlic automatically replaced by the former and again pops up that requires key. Then I changed a file again and at the start of installation I go to the temp folder and change commonlic.dll also in this folder and then the file in the first folder remains the same but when i try to install in the place where it wrote that the key is required now writes error 5011 but if the pace does not touch the folder then writes again enter key .... what to do?
I also used fix error 5011 but there were no results
