I am looking for any recomendations on software for the day to day workings of a garage, i.e. Customer Details, Car Details, Service History, Job History, Invoicing, etc.
I have tried Mitchell Manager, but this seems to be only for the American Market and I cannot find any way to customise this for '£'s and UK phone numbers and address format.
If anyone can recommend anything that is UK friendly I would much appreciate the help and advise.
Hi there I want to buy a diagnostic machine to do VW and Audi. My main objective is to do coding and alignments on them seeing that I already got Bosch KTS that is reliable on the diagnostic but unfortunately can't do coding. I would like to know what is the best recommended to buy Vagcom or Vas 5054. Please help

Actually the car has one key
Six months ago the car came with key fob
I digit the code with trip button and syncronized the key VERY WELL
because I have the immo code and the car has no transponder it is infrared key
Yesterday the same thing the red diode in dashboard flashing very fast
The red diode in the key seems to work very well
So I thought will be better to turn the immo off

We had a computer crash and had to reinstall Manager 5.9. That went well, but how do we get the info back into manager from the back-up? Any help would be appreciated.
1. I need to do virgin ecu.
2. I read by Abritus Flash and Eeprom but in ecu flasher is only SIM4 LE. Im not sure if i can read SE like LE? But reads and looks ok.

Hi guys need some help had brand new dash for audi TT part number 8N2920950A and was adopting it in car and because it was new I had to program mileage using vcds. Unfortunatelly by mistake I did put distance calculated in kilometres instead of miles and now want to change it to correct value.
Value I put is 105600 miles but it should be 66000 miles.
Attached below is eeprom dump I extracted using vag commander. If anybody could help and modify this dump for me or reset mileage to 0 so I can adjust it using vcds I will really appreciate this.

This W210 E220CDI came driven by the owner to the workshop. Well, you will say nothing strange about that... but the key was not in the key module but in his pocket (no, car does not have KeyLess Go!).
He was driving and needed to fill the tank but when he removed the key the engine did not shut off, stering wheel lock does not engage. It looks like the key is rotated to pos. 2.
Traced back to the light module. The backup (reverse) lamps are ON all the time, even when shift is in P position. The module has 5 connectors: A,B,C,D,E
If connector A is removed, the backup lamps go OFF and the dashboard is OFF. Insert key and everything works fine except offcourse for the lamps in rear which are connected to connector A.
Now if connector C is removed and A is back in position: everything is working fine including the lamps in rear.
Tried to find a schematic showing this connector but did not succeed! All schematics are showing A,B,D and E, but not connector C!!!
Have included picture of the lightmodule connectors and the blue connector C.
If any one can find a schematic or has any info related to this problem/connector... please post.
I have recently had a new gearbox fitted to an 08 s-max
Since this has been done I have noticed the steering is very tight at speeds of above about 30mph.
It has only done this since the gearbox was replaced, is there a power steering pressure switch or similar that may have been left unplugged that is causing this? as I know the garage will most likely of removed the subframe etc to do the job.
The car uses Electro Hydraulic steering.
The only other thing that I know if is the PSCM has had a newer software put on it, however it was fine after this. as a last resort is there a way to "downgrade" the software on the PSCM?
After ecu change(isuzu 1.7) i have problems with coding old keys.In opcom after reseting ecu,immo,bcm,dash wile programing its written found old key...programing failed .......reason is [wrong tp key]. I have a valid security code and all modules accepting this code.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
Everytime wenn i read the MC68HC05B6 ( 3D33J ) Motorola in cicuit, with UPA Prog, I get the error message : VSS - VDD out of range, the voltage is 2.3 volt +/-
He must be soldered off or should it also work to read it on circuit ?
By the way, the 3D33J is the MC68HC05B6 / 8 or is this the MC68HC11 serie ?
